I arrived with a knock problem in the suspension, in order to undertake prompt repairs, I had to add work on replacing oils and filters on the Lixiang car. As a result, the knock in the suspension was eliminated, but the oil dipstick was not tightly installed. The entire engine compartment is covered in oil, and the suspension also has questions about eliminating knocking.
I am clarifying the review based on the result of the service's response:
1. In the document received as a result of the repair, there is not a word about the reasons, works and recommendations related to knocking in the suspension;
2. It was said in words that the front brake discs were not fixed. Which in itself is nonsense, because they will at least be pressed against the hub by the wheel;
3. After carrying out the work, there was a creaking and beating during braking. Which led to the replacement of the front brake discs.

During the inspection, it was revealed that the excess of the relative difference during braking of the rear axle. Naturally, I immediately remembered who and where changed the discs and pads for me, thanks to them for this separately. After the refusal, I had to go to normal specialists and determine the reason for such a large difference in the coefficient.
Bottom line: the left wheel pads were not installed correctly. The ceramics were not applied after replacement.
As a result of the replacement of the ZTC, the left did not get into the groove of the piston of the caliper, as a result, the seal was damaged. I had to change the rear left caliper. Spending money on a stand and re-passing the test.
I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE!

Unfortunately, there is no way to put 0 stars, because this is a blatantly fraudulent service. I turned to them about a year ago, and it was one of the most fatal mistakes in my life. I am well aware that most of the reviews about this service here are fake, because I can't believe that it was me, who was so unique, who could have been so unlucky. I would like to express a special "thank you" to their leader, Vitaly, a more irresponsible and unprofessional person I have never managed to meet in my life. Starting with eternal promises and agreements that the work on the car will be done by a specific date, ending with outright deception of the work done, it's hard for me to believe that this service is still working and the relevant authorities have not yet closed it. In the process of repairing a car that arrived from the USA, I could not count the number of joints that were allowed by the employees of this service. I will write some of them for a general idea of this service:
- After their "repair" for 20 thousand BYN, I noticed that the steering wheel was mowed to the side, brought it to another service, and it turned out that these would-be specialists simply did not notice that the steering rod was broken;
- I paid 800 BYN for sound insulation (+500 BYN for installation), today it turned out that it simply does not exist, this has already become the last straw, for a long time I did not dare to write a review, but this is some incredible arrogance;
- The discs were painted very poorly, the paint began to come off in chunks, I had to contact other specialists to repaint the discs;
- The agreed cost and the final cost differ quite a lot, for example, I had to pay about 6 thousand BYN for the discs, this price tag was discussed before ordering the discs, after installing them, during the payment process it turns out that there was some kind of "misunderstanding" or another mistake by Vitaly, and they are already on >1000 BYN is more expensive, it seems that the price tag was deliberately underestimated;
- There were problems with the pen, I took them to them, since at that time there was no one else to contact to solve this problem, I gave the car back, a couple of days later they called and said that the problem had been fixed, I paid for the work and upon arrival home I observed the same problem with the pen, it became loud without stopping Squeaking, it only got worse;
- I ordered a European driver's side mirror glass from them, arrived, eventually changed the American mirror to the same American mirror, I don't know how it happened that I didn't notice it at that moment, most likely some kind of auto-suggestion worked. I couldn't believe that such a thing was possible in principle. I was surprised that they bothered to return the money for this "European" glass;
- They could not put the front door paneling as it should (they were wobbly, visually it was observed that they were not fully inserted, there were large gaps between the paneling and the door itself), referring to the fact that this is a problem with all Tesla cars (yes, it is), but other specialists coped with this The task was completed in 10 minutes, we additionally had to buy new dolls, because the "specialists" of Tesla Minsk successfully broke them;
- They are not even able to hang the license plate frame exactly, I will not say anything about how crookedly they put the bumper;
This is just a small part of the problems that I had to face in the process of working (which at that time was estimated at 100 BYN/hour) with them. That is why this service cannot but be called fraudulent and at the same time, it is extremely insulting to realize that customers still turn to them in large numbers out of desperation, having no idea how "qualitatively" they "work", due to the fact that other Tesla car repair services, there is no such well-developed and organized spare parts supply system as they have.
I highly recommend not contacting them, you have no idea what a thorny path will await you in the future...

We made a Model X. Doors, GSM modem, navigation, firmware. They showed themselves to be real pros. Everything is clear and timely. The waiting area is a bit weak. It is cool in winter and there are problems with snacking. We have to go to the nearby A100 gas station to brighten up the time with a cup of coffee.

I brought it for diagnosis, there are no questions, we looked at the suspension, examined for damage, etc. The inspection took 20 minutes. but its price was 380 rubles. For me, this is a complete bust! This is without connecting a computer. A BMW dealer charges an order of magnitude less for 4 hours of various diagnostics. So it left a rather strange impression.
