Ужасные условия труда. Мертвое оборудование которое чудом ещё работает. Зарплаты не соответствуют уровню вредности и тяжести труда. Персонал бежит. Станция давно выработала все мыслимые и немыслимые ресурсы нужно кардинально всё менять.
