3 stars is just for being polite. Everything else is terrible. They don't know anything about their hotels, only the phrases on duty and the information that you can already find on the site. They cheated on the departure time, they said that you can't choose the time (arrival at 24.00 and departure at 7.00 is just tin). Although friends at another agency quietly changed them to daytime ones with an additional payment of $ 15. They mostly evaporate the tours with which you came to them (selected from the site yourself).
