We were passing by and just happened to decide to stop by the Riviera Travel to find out the tour options that they can offer us here. However, from the very first minutes they realized that they had fallen into reliable, client-oriented hands. Therefore, special thanks, of course, would like to say to the polite and knowledgeable manager Anastasia Davidovskaya. After all, it was thanks to her that some decisions were made that made our vacation great.

I rarely write reviews anymore. But then I just wanted to. My husband and I came to buy a tour. The money was on hand. That is, they are already ready to buy. You just suggest it. At first, our amount was called very budgetary. With an expression like we want to go to the Maldives for $1. But okay, maybe the agent is tired. Then we were offered only one option according to our requirements. One! Moreover, the option is so-so. I've already read reviews about that hotel and I've heard a lot from friends. And it was all very uninitiative. Then they started offering us other options, but just saying the names of the hotels. Even without any presentation, much less a photo. Apparently it is very difficult to turn the computer screen. Tez tour is a company with a name and I have been applying there for many years. But after such a service, I don't set foot there anymore. When customers are treated as if we are an empty place here. We went to another company and there we felt a huge difference in service. And I recommend tez tour to conduct training among the staff on working with clients. It's not the first time I've come across something like this. But if I used to close my eyes, now it's just boiling over.
