Amazing beach and pool

We had a rest from July 6 to July 20, 2024. The hotel exceeded expectations.
Very friendly restaurant staff, reception staff try to help with any request. The kids' club is great. I liked the fitness room, good exercise equipment, clean, tidy.
The food is very tasty in the restaurant. The fish for lunch is amazing! San Sebastian's cheesecake is bombastic!
We had a room on the 1st floor with access to the garden, but after a couple of days ants began to crawl out of the garden to us. The room was replaced with a room on the 6th floor with a gorgeous view. A plate of fruit was brought as a compliment from the hotel.
Among the wishes: to remove the ban on drying things on the balcony. They take a very long time to dry in the room. And 1 drying rope is not enough for a family with children.

We are currently staying at the hotel. Everything is on the level. I read a lot of reviews and had doubts about the beach and food. But no, in fact everything is great. There are small patches of shells in the water, the beach itself is covered with Maldivian sand, fine. There are always sun beds. 3 pools, with water that cools, and one pool is warmer, the other is cooler. The food is simply beyond praise. I'm surprised that people wrote in the reviews that it was the same thing and they got bored and had nothing to choose. You can order a la carte from the menu, they are cooked from under the knife. Delicious!!! Some days there is a buffet, there are oysters, crabs, and gorgeous meat, and brie cheese, with mold, and handmade desserts, and smoothies. The food is simply gorgeous! Who is with children, a very nice kids' club, it is small, 2 hours a day for free, but there are very good teachers here, I quietly left a 4-year-old with them. There is also a free shuttle service to the Fairmont Hotel, to the mall of emirates, dubai mall.
The only negative, for me personally. You can't dry things on the balcony. None at all. It was a problem for us. In the bathroom, things dry for 2 days, and in the dryer, in which they advise drying things, they deteriorate!

A great place to relax! Everything is at the highest level - the staff is excellent, speaking several languages! All issues are resolved promptly! The kitchen in the hotel is decent, there is nothing to complain about... the beach, sun beds and the infrastructure of the hotel are decent!!! We stayed at this hotel for a week in mid-September.
The hotel is on the first coastline, with a gorgeous entrance to the bay, with a nice pool and everything adjacent to it.
The hotel itself does not pull for 5*, the maximum is solid 3. The service is good, the food for breakfasts and dinners is of the same type, not varied. Russian staff was present, sometimes it saved the situation.
Not far from the hotel there is a shopping center, there is a small selection of shops, there is a grocery store.
Every day there is a bus from the hotel to the shopping center (Dubai Mall, Emirates Mall) several times a day.

This is the best hotel I've ever been to! The guys are all cool professionals! Stylish design of the rooms, there are all useful buns (coffee machine, kettle, iron, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.). Good hotel cosmetics (shampoo, conditioner, cream). There is a DJ in the pool every day. The restaurant a la carte pleased (took fb) - a great selection and quality of dishes. Kitchen - well done! A halloween party with costumes and themed treats was organized for children. Sometimes they make compliments in the restaurant and bar. On the beach there are hammocks, various sun beds, sofas in the assortment. A separate feature is the Friday seafood brunch. We were given a free upgrade of the room in honor of the anniversary. Very, very recommended!!! Thank you for your excellent work!

Great hotel! The breakfasts are gorgeous, delicious, varied, almond coffee, matcha, choose what you want! The reception staff is very helpful, you take a taxi to the entrance at any time of the day or night - they will always open the door, smile, ask how the day went.

We were at Lady's day at the Fluid beach club. The car was taken to the parking lot right in front of the hotel entrance, conveniently. It's ALWAYS on Tuesdays. Don't believe the girls at the hotel reception, they almost turned us back. Go straight to the beach and you will be happy. If you want to spoil your vacation, go to this hotel. In 15 years of traveling and in my 30 years of life, there has never been a worse hotel on my way. The hotel is not designed for tourists at all. The entrance to the pool for local residents costs a penny, local citizens arrange parties at the pool there, and such that I could not even imagine that they could. After a party, they sometimes check into rooms. And if you are a guest, and the neighbors (local) are noisy and you complain to the reception, then you will be offered to move out for the night. The hotel believes that this is not their territory and there is no need to clean and monitor it. The rooms are tiny. Ceilings are leaking, tables are all leaking from them, dirt, towels are being put underneath. Then the story is more interesting. If you take breakfast/lunch or breakfast/dinner with a buffet concept, be prepared for a surprise. They have a buffet only for breakfast (if you can call it that), because for breakfast they have 4-5 types of eggs, baked goods, cheese and fruits. So, for lunch or dinner, you can choose only 3 dishes: salad, main course and dessert. What do you think? These are p****c comrades. And these dishes are full of atas! There is no chicken, no normal meat! It's such a shame!!! We have never seen anything like this in our lives. The first time we ordered meat with mashed potatoes (adults, and a man weighing 103 kg) brought 3 slices of thin, translucent beef, 3 tablespoons of mashed potatoes, vegetable salad and an incomprehensible dessert. I say incomprehensible, because there are 3 lame desserts to choose from (there is not even an ordinary piece of chocolate cake). And this is the concept of a buffet, for which they charge a considerable fee. No one in the hotel goes to meet tourists, no one solves problems, including Anex tour, its representatives are rude, behave disgustingly, refuse to solve the problem. So if you want to spoil your vacation, then just come here.

They were in January 2023. The hotel is very nice. We came in a big company to celebrate the anniversary. The staff is friendly and tries to make pleasant bonuses, which were very pleasing. We were very worried about going, because the reviews were not very good, but! The hotel is simply gorgeous:
The service. We were checked in at 13:00, we were waiting for an hour, and all this time they were running after us with drinks, toys and cookies, it was very pleasant.
Hotel. The location is perfect - quiet and peaceful, the view from the beach is generally top of the Dubai Marina, from the room there was also a normal view of the bay. The interior is modern and the furniture /renovation is fresh, everything is beautiful, I also liked the fragrance. Not big and very cozy.
Beach. It was huge, clean, odorless water, there were no large shells, and the legs were intact.
Pools. 3, we were in the nursery - clean, warm, everything is ok
. Food. We had FB+, just great on the menu - dishes from under the knife, a buffet for breakfast/dinner, but you can also go to the room on the menu. Everything is delicious, especially salads, risotto with truffle, pizza and desserts. The drinks were juices, pepsi, wine - we had enough of everything, we didn't pay extra for anything.
Room cleaning. There was perfect cleanliness every day, except for the glass on the balcony, but these are small things.
Number. This is generally a gap of only 84 m, technologically advanced, beautiful and convenient.
Staff. All well done and clever, very friendly and friendly, although I think we got them a little)))
Shuttle. 5 times a day you can leave the hotel for free and come back to the Dubai Mall, etc. I think it's super convenient and useful, it takes 30-40 minutes to get to the Dubai Mall.

A family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers rested on NG 2023. In general, the hotel is not bad, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the cleaning is good, the territory is closed, small, a good beach, the guys on the beach helped with umbrellas and sun beds. 2 wings of the building are occupied by apartments, the territory is shared by everyone, there are a lot of children in the pool, but there is a paid beach for adults from 21 years old due to the presence of a bar with alcohol, we would love to use the paid beach (100 dirhams per person), but our 15-year-olds were not allowed there, so the whole the family went to the general plan with the kids. I think that the age limit should be from the age of 14, if children come with parents who control the order in the bar.
NG gala dinner was rich in various dishes, but it was not very tasty, everything was decorated perfectly, live music on the beach, a good location - fireworks were visible from different points of the city. There is a nice Ellamia coffee shop with delicious coffee and desserts, coffee from 600 rubles, desserts from 1000.
Nevertheless, I do not want to return to this hotel because of minor nuances in the service.
Some unpleasant residue remained.. most likely, the expectations of the level of service in such a high-level hotel and restaurant also did not come true.
It seemed that there was no established communication between the reception and the restaurant. With questions about HB's nutrition, they called from the reception to the restaurant and back. We did not visit the restaurant for 3 days, respectively, 3 lunches fell out.
We approached to clarify the possibility of transferring one lunch from one of the missed days to lunch on the day of departure, after several trips to the reception and to the restaurant, as a result, the girl in the restaurant wrote something down, asked for the number and said that everything was OK. On the day of departure, we came for lunch, before we had time to sit down at the table, we were reminded that we had already left and HB was not valid, I politely reminded of the agreement with the transfer, clarification began with three different people in the restaurant, including a girl who confirmed everything to us... we didn't want to have lunch, we were put in an awkward position and until I openly told them about it, the interrogation with partiality would hardly have stopped.
The food in the restaurant is monotonous and often tasteless.
There are sometimes problems with towels on the beach, in the morning at 9 o'clock they may not be there yet. There is a washing machine in the room, but there is nowhere to dry swimsuits. Everyone is drying clothes on tables on transparent balconies :) But these are small things..apparently, from which the general impression is formed.
The hotel itself is cozy, but the customer service clearly needs to be improved.

The hotel has its own beach, which has a big plus, you do not need to go anywhere by public transport and taxi. There are three pools. For toddlers, for parents with children and for adults (children are not allowed to swim there).
There is a free shuttle service from the hotel to two huge shopping malls Dubai Mall and Mall of Emirates. Breakfast is like everywhere eggs beans vegetables fruits yogurts pastry pastry juices. Rooms - start from the standards on the ground floor, then standart ocean view (in fact, this is not a view of the palm tree, where the pool and the main beach, but of the wide "big" sea, as well as a gray, dull, noisy road. We had such a room, and we asked to change it for us, and immediately received a standard for a palm tree, although angular. The room is not bad, relatively fresh, without a balcony. So that they began to change again. Here you need to do two things - 1) register in the ihg hotels loyalty program 2) ask for a Russian speaking girl at the reception - she will help you. A year ago, I helped my friends for free, this year +150 dirhams per night (officially twice as expensive) and hoba! We already have a two-room suite with a balcony. Change it, it's worth it, even if there are two of you.
They clean up every day, bring as much water as you ask for
Meals - we had breakfasts and dinners. Although there are all variations of diets. Breakfast - buffet + a la carte dish to order. Of the drinks, there is even a passable cappuccino. We put a four for breakfast - delicious, simple, monotonous.
Dinners (they can be changed to lunches, the menu is the same) are quite good, everything is on the menu.
But it's better to come to the reception in the morning and drop the table at the fairmont hotel, they used to be in the same grid, and in August they dispersed to the new owners (and dinners were not available), now you can go to dinner at the fairmont again. There are several restaurants to choose from. We were in Asia and in the sea. The dinners are so good. Take some water with you. It is paid at dinners.
The beach is neat, smooth, cleaned well. A few shells, but not enough to take special shoes. They write in the comments above, and we took it, but in vain.
The sea is warm, without jellyfish. Deep enough, but not immediately. Suitable for children. There is a rental and entertainment on the side, the price tag is cheerful.
Pools - there are three of them. Children's small and two large. Hanging out on an adult, playing music all day. You can even smoke a hookah. The price tag is cheerful, cocktails average 80 aed ($ 22), juices and mocktails are twice cheaper. Water is also paid.
The depth of the pool is a meter.
On the territory there is a Playground, basketball court, chess. The territory is green, well-groomed. The hotel is located on a palm tree. Dubai Mall (and Burj Khalifa) is an hour's drive away. If you need the city center, it's far away. This is a beach hotel, first of all, but there is a water park and Atlantis nearby. The November vacation at this hotel was a success.

This year, the hotel's service has become significantly worse!
The most important drawback is that the beach was closed from 01.08.23 (it was announced that until August 10 - I can't confirm whether it was opened in the end or not, because they left earlier). Heavy machinery was working all along the coast (either the sand was washed, or the stones were cleaned...Advice to those who are going there in the near future - check with the tour operator about the beach in advance before the trip).
In addition, since August 1, they have severed cooperation with the Ferromount hotel, where last year it was possible to go for free to dinner in a la carte restaurants.
The variety of dishes in the hotel has also decreased - there is no fish at all at breakfast (there was an abundance of it last year), the assortment of cheeses has decreased, etc. The main menu is the same for lunch and dinner with a small selection, it gets boring pretty quickly, although they cook very tasty (a separate respect for the chef)!
In general, it became very noticeable that the owner of the hotel began to save significantly on small things (even the slippers were no longer of the same quality as they were last year).
Of course, all these little things did not spoil our rest, because we simply did not pay attention to something, but decided something ourselves, because it is not the first time we are resting in the UAE.
On Saturdays, they paid entrance to the main pool - 100 Dhs per person (you can order drinks or alcohol on them later), because on this day, from 10 to 19 o'clock, water parties are held for locals. For everyone else, there is a second pool, where it really gets cramped...Last year, the concept was a little different, the entrance was free, but children under 18 were not allowed.
As a result (in my opinion), this year the rating of the hotel really does not pull above 4 stars!
Accordingly, the price tag for it should be different.
When we left the hotel last year, there was a feeling that we had found the perfect hotel for ourselves, but according to the results of the rest this year, it's already worth thinking carefully whether it's worth coming back here or it's better to find an alternative (fortunately, for about the same price tag, the choice is very large) ...!

I love Dubai! I liked the hotel. The room was a suite, spacious. Always clean. High-quality cleaning. If you need entertainment, then not here. The hotel is quiet, for a relaxing quality holiday. I definitely recommend it!

We were at this hotel at the end of August. In general, he did not disappoint. The heat in it is carried comfortably, the sea is nearby, you do not have time to feel the heat.
Positive:
- The sea is warm and clean, 50 meters from the hotel.
- The territory is closed, quite relaxing. There is no one around, you can safely swim in your personal sea.
- The rooms are new, cozy. Huge comfortable bed, gorgeous bed linen.
- The opportunity to go to another hotel for dinner. Every day we chose a new restaurant, a real gastronomic delight.
Minuses
- The hotel is located at a distance, you can only get to the city by taxi. Sometimes waiting took a very long time.
- On weekends there are queues for breakfast to get a table. And this is out of season.
- Sharp rocks at the entrance to the sea. They left with wounded legs. The beach is not exactly suitable for children.
- The territory is not very green, there is little shade
- Two small pools waist-deep.
- Rooms without a balcony, windows do not open. In the bathroom, nothing is adapted for drying.
- Food and service is just like that in a restaurant. In such a beautiful hotel and such a below-average restaurant, it's not clear how. Always running lost waiters. Hindus and Arabs are served in priority.
