I recently stayed at this Palm Jumeirah hotel and was very satisfied. The location is excellent, with views of the bay on one side and the city on the other. The rooms are spacious, with modern design and panoramic windows. I especially liked the infinity pool with red umbrellas and sun beds, a real oasis for relaxation. The beach is clean and well maintained, it's nice to spend time by the water. Envy Restaurant offers a varied menu, and the morning breakfast was especially delicious. The staff is polite and attentive, always ready to help. If you are looking for a place for a comfortable stay with excellent service, I recommend paying attention to this hotel.

We had a rest from July 6 to July 20, 2024. The hotel exceeded expectations.
Very friendly restaurant staff, reception staff try to help with any request. The kids' club is great. I liked the fitness room, good exercise equipment, clean, tidy.
The food is very tasty in the restaurant. The fish for lunch is amazing! San Sebastian's cheesecake is bombastic!
We had a room on the 1st floor with access to the garden, but after a couple of days ants began to crawl out of the garden to us. The room was replaced with a room on the 6th floor with a gorgeous view. A plate of fruit was brought as a compliment from the hotel.
Among the wishes: to remove the ban on drying things on the balcony. They take a very long time to dry in the room. And 1 drying rope is not enough for a family with children.

This is the best hotel I've ever been to! The guys are all cool professionals! Stylish design of the rooms, there are all useful buns (coffee machine, kettle, iron, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.). Good hotel cosmetics (shampoo, conditioner, cream). There is a DJ in the pool every day. The restaurant a la carte pleased (took fb) - a great selection and quality of dishes. Kitchen - well done! A halloween party with costumes and themed treats was organized for children. Sometimes they make compliments in the restaurant and bar. On the beach there are hammocks, various sun beds, sofas in the assortment. A separate feature is the Friday seafood brunch. We were given a free upgrade of the room in honor of the anniversary. I am very upset about my stay at this hotel.
A lot of questions about the restaurant in the hotel. Dirty cups and plates, as seen there for the first time in Dubai. Apparently, there is no dishwasher in the hotel! I contacted the manager, it was enough for 2 days, then they stopped washing the dishes again. The rooms are well cleaned, the beach is also clean.
Very strange rooms with a stove, but without cooking utensils. I would not like to be in such a hotel again.

We stayed at this hotel for a week in mid-September.
The hotel is on the first coastline, with a gorgeous entrance to the bay, with a nice pool and everything adjacent to it.
The hotel itself does not pull for 5*, the maximum is solid 3. The service is good, the food for breakfasts and dinners is of the same type, not varied. Russian staff was present, sometimes it saved the situation.
Not far from the hotel there is a shopping center, there is a small selection of shops, there is a grocery store.
Every day there is a bus from the hotel to the shopping center (Dubai Mall, Emirates Mall) several times a day.

Great hotel! The breakfasts are gorgeous, delicious, varied, almond coffee, matcha, choose what you want! The reception staff is very helpful, you take a taxi to the entrance at any time of the day or night - they will always open the door, smile, ask how the day went.
The beach and the views are awesome, the whole of Dubai is at a glance. Take a room with a balcony!! The deluxe rooms are quite small.

We are currently staying at the hotel. Everything is on the level. I read a lot of reviews and had doubts about the beach and food. But no, in fact everything is great. There are small patches of shells in the water, the beach itself is covered with Maldivian sand, fine. There are always sun beds. 3 pools, with water that cools, and one pool is warmer, the other is cooler. The food is simply beyond praise. I'm surprised that people wrote in the reviews that it was the same thing and they got bored and had nothing to choose. You can order a la carte from the menu, they are cooked from under the knife. Delicious!!! Some days there is a buffet, there are oysters, crabs, and gorgeous meat, and brie cheese, with mold, and handmade desserts, and smoothies. The food is simply gorgeous! Who is with children, a very nice kids' club, it is small, 2 hours a day for free, but there are very good teachers here, I quietly left a 4-year-old with them. There is also a free shuttle service to the Fairmont Hotel, to the mall of emirates, dubai mall.
The only negative, for me personally. You can't dry things on the balcony. None at all. It was a problem for us. In the bathroom, things dry for 2 days, and in the dryer, in which they advise drying things, they deteriorate!

The hotel does not pull at all for 5 stars, a maximum of 3. Like 2020, but the repair is poor, everything is dead, musty smell, windows cannot be opened without a stepladder, there is no balcony. The hairdryer in the bathroom is not turned on - there is no outlet for it. The standard room is small, like for two, but why was everything in the bathroom for one: one toothbrush, no toothpaste at all. There are few towels according to the five-star standard. Two towels should be given on the beach: one on the sunbed to lay, the other to dry off: here they give one. The sunbeds are very far from the water, instead of sand, some kind of slag interspersed with cigarette butts and sharp shells. No, it's not 5 stars from the word at all. When asked to replace the number, they replied that it was a full download. Complete nonsense, since there are very few people on the beach, as well as at breakfast /lunch. The impression is disgusting. All positive reviews are written by bots. I do not recommend it! Otherwise, the rest will be ruined.

We were at Lady's day at the Fluid beach club. The car was taken to the parking lot right in front of the hotel entrance, conveniently. It's ALWAYS on Tuesdays. Don't believe the girls at the hotel reception, they almost turned us back. Go straight to the beach and you will be happy. Girls for free, boys for 200 dirhams, which is a deposit on drinks and food. Nice, cool pool with a DJ. Excellent, but always busy bartenders. The food is not bad. A family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers rested on NG 2023. In general, the hotel is not bad, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the cleaning is good, the territory is closed, small, a good beach, the guys on the beach helped with umbrellas and sun beds. 2 wings of the building are occupied by apartments, the territory is shared by everyone, there are a lot of children in the pool, but there is a paid beach for adults from 21 years old due to the presence of a bar with alcohol, we would love to use the paid beach (100 dirhams per person), but our 15-year-olds were not allowed there, so the whole the family went to the general plan with the kids. I think that the age limit should be from the age of 14, if children come with parents who control the order in the bar.
NG gala dinner was rich in various dishes, but it was not very tasty, everything was decorated perfectly, live music on the beach, a good location - fireworks were visible from different points of the city. There is a nice Ellamia coffee shop with delicious coffee and desserts, coffee from 600 rubles, desserts from 1000.
Nevertheless, I do not want to return to this hotel because of minor nuances in the service.
Some unpleasant residue remained.. most likely, the expectations of the level of service in such a high-level hotel and restaurant also did not come true.
It seemed that there was no established communication between the reception and the restaurant. With questions about HB's nutrition, they called from the reception to the restaurant and back. We did not visit the restaurant for 3 days, respectively, 3 lunches fell out.
We approached to clarify the possibility of transferring one lunch from one of the missed days to lunch on the day of departure, after several trips to the reception and to the restaurant, as a result, the girl in the restaurant wrote something down, asked for the number and said that everything was OK. On the day of departure, we came for lunch, before we had time to sit down at the table, we were reminded that we had already left and HB was not valid, I politely reminded of the agreement with the transfer, clarification began with three different people in the restaurant, including a girl who confirmed everything to us... we didn't want to have lunch, we were put in an awkward position and until I openly told them about it, the interrogation with partiality would hardly have stopped.
The food in the restaurant is monotonous and often tasteless.
There are sometimes problems with towels on the beach, in the morning at 9 o'clock they may not be there yet. There is a washing machine in the room, but there is nowhere to dry swimsuits. Everyone is drying clothes on tables on transparent balconies :) But these are small things..apparently, from which the general impression is formed.
The hotel itself is cozy, but the customer service clearly needs to be improved.

Clean beach and sea, sun beds and infrastructure are rustic, there are no mattresses on the beds, so they are quite hard. The water area is not fenced with a grid, i.e. there may be jellyfish. We were very worried about going, because the reviews were not very good, but! The hotel is simply gorgeous:
The service. We were checked in at 13:00, we were waiting for an hour, and all this time they were running after us with drinks, toys and cookies, it was very pleasant.
Hotel. The location is perfect - quiet and peaceful, the view from the beach is generally top of the Dubai Marina, from the room there was also a normal view of the bay. The interior is modern and the furniture /renovation is fresh, everything is beautiful, I also liked the fragrance. Not big and very cozy.
Beach. It was huge, clean, odorless water, there were no large shells, and the legs were intact.
Pools. 3, we were in the nursery - clean, warm, everything is ok
. Food. We had FB+, just great on the menu - dishes from under the knife, a buffet for breakfast/dinner, but you can also go to the room on the menu. Everything is delicious, especially salads, risotto with truffle, pizza and desserts. The drinks were juices, pepsi, wine - we had enough of everything, we didn't pay extra for anything.
Room cleaning. There was perfect cleanliness every day, except for the glass on the balcony, but these are small things.
Number. This is generally a gap of only 84 m, technologically advanced, beautiful and convenient.
Staff. All well done and clever, very friendly and friendly, although I think we got them a little)))
Shuttle. 5 times a day you can leave the hotel for free and come back to the Dubai Mall, etc. I think it's super convenient and useful, it takes 30-40 minutes to get to the Dubai Mall.
