I visited this spa several times and was absolutely delighted! The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, the staff is very friendly and professional. After the procedure, I felt refreshed and full of energy. The massage was performed taking into account all my wishes and peculiarities.I will definitely come back again and recommend it to anyone who wants to really relax and recuperate.

Monthly complexes at an acceptable price, excellent massage, pleasant atmosphere, design of the entrance area and massage rooms, delicious tea. There were no disadvantages, but if you sign up at the latest (21:00), you need to get dressed and enjoy tea by closing time, so I recommend choosing an earlier time for a more measured pastime. One of the best spas in Minsk.

The girls met, offered a choice of oil, clarified the massage features, it was very pleasant and valuable, they said that after the massage, another 15-minute tea party was a good addition. Kanya is a master from Thailand, a wonderful professional, so petite, but with such soft and strong hands at the same time. I got an incredible relaxation. Hello. I want to leave you a review of the spa program that you announced as a Mother's Day gift. Disgusting service. My mom came to the procedure a little in advance (15 minutes to be exact), she was sent from there. Steaming, as it turned out, is at the choice of your eatery, and not at the choice of the customer. It is especially pleasant that this was not notified either by correspondence on Instagram or when buying a subscription at the salon. Another bonus was the unsolicited complaint book, which, by an unusual coincidence, has only one review since 2021 (it's understandable why you don't stitch to leave that review in proud solitude). I am extremely unhappy with this purchase. I promise you anti-advertising for such a service and for the communication of Daria's administrator with clients. Offering this as a Mother's Day gift is a nightmare. Instead of the promised relaxation, only exhausted nerves. The boorish director first shouted at my mother on the phone, then she was rude to me, hinting that we would not receive a refund. And in the eyes of the director, by the way, my mother is to blame for not having provided that the bathhouse should be heated for several hours, and did not warn the administrator in advance that she wanted this particular bathhouse. By the way, this is not written or said anywhere, and the administrator herself did not specify which steaming my mother was asking for and did not ask to decide on it in advance. In general, instead of relaxing, my mother received rudeness and hassle as a gift for Mother's Day.

So, on the eve of the corporate holiday, it was decided to purchase a SENSASIA in the salon (sensasia.by ) 18 certificates (or gift cards) for the female half of the company. A request was made with questions about the terms of purchase, usage, terms, etc. The request was sent by e-mail with an attached attachment. The letter was sent to the email address indicated on the salon's website – info@sensasia.by The next day, I received a notification from the provider's mail service server that this address does not exist. OK, no problem, we'll call the salon now and find out what went wrong. The described dialogue with the administrator will not convey any intonation or emotion, so I will use punctuation marks. My call was not answered, but they called back a little later. - Hello, this is the Sensasia salon, you called us. - Hello, my name is ....., the company....... I sent you an email yesterday. The server wrote that the address does not exist. Let's clarify the address. "What's the letter about?" You read it to me. A thought begins to develop in my head - Does the girl want me to read the entire request to her on the phone?! So it's a page and a half long! And I don't think she's the right person to make the decision on the sale of 18 certificates, and anyway, why email in this case! I answer: - When the letter is received, you will read everything and make a decision on our request. - Everything is working for us! - The server tells me about undelivered mail due to an invalid address. Let's clarify the address. - I'm going to check the SPAM folder. - Girl, the SPAM folder has nothing to do with it. The SPAM folder is sorting, and our email doesn't even reach you. I'm sending it to the info-doggie address.…… - (interrupting me) Info. Point. - Do you need a dot after the Info, and then a doggie? (I think it's a strange address). There is no dot in your address on your website. - Info, dot, sensasia, doggy, g-mail, com. - But this is a completely different address than indicated on the website. The website contains Info....... - (interrupting me) Did you call to bully me here?!!!!! After that, I said Thank you and goodbye. Rather, of course, it would be correct to say Goodbye, because from such communication, all desire to cooperate with the salon evaporated. You can sympathize with the owner (manager) of a business if his employees communicate with customers in this manner and react to their own disadvantages.
