We recently visited The Bani complex with the company for the first time, and the impressions were mixed. We were on the third floor. The manager (if I'm not mistaken, her name is Lyra) greeted us as if she was doing us a big favor, which immediately spoiled the mood. The kitchen, fortunately, pleased me — the food was delicious, everything was prepared with high quality. However, the service leaves much to be desired: the staff was not particularly friendly, and the general attitude towards the guests felt like indifference. I would like a warmer welcome for the first visit.

Between visits - beer or kvass. The finish is top! The level of Sandoons in Moscow. The price tag is not low, but generally consistent.
But "Delicious Steam" is a hoax. It barely smells to me. To feel something, you need to breathe directly from a distance of 5 cm near grass or garlic. In Moscow, I went to the Izmailovo baths. There, the men laid out 5 by 5 meters more horseradish, garlic and various herbs in the steam room than here in this largest steam room in the world. The hand is the face.

I will make a reservation right away, I am a frequent guest of baths, I know what “prickly steam” is, I believe that in a good bath with strong steam you can heal and prevent many diseases, and the bath procedure is a great workout for the heart and blood vessels.
Of the advantages: 1. Very attentive, caring staff.
2. General appearance, interiors, steam room – everything is done at a good level, with attention to detail. 3. Provide a towel and a sheet for free. Although I had everything with me, sometimes people came without a basic set. 4. If you purchase 3 hours of visiting the bath (250 t. sum), the girls add 1 hour of time to pack after the bath, you can dry your hair and get ready calmly – it's very nice)
Of the cons: 1. The steam is very soft. I understand that not everyone is able to withstand strong steam without preparation, but a guest can choose, for example, not to go under steam when it was just made or to come in at the end when he completely settled. Well, in the end, girls should understand that they came to the sauna and it's normal that it's hot in the steam room! 2. The room in the steam room is very large, but it does not warm up to the desired state, it just does not have time. People are constantly walking back and forth, leaving the door open and even the small steam that the bath attendants make has time to dissolve. Perhaps the administration needs to write the rules for visiting the steam room and hang them near the entrance to the steam room. Tell the guests where they can sit so that it is not very hot or offer to come in a little later when they can tolerate the heat. 3. Cold rooms. According to the rules, rooms for washing and with showers should be warm so that, after leaving the steam room, there are no sudden temperature changes and the body continues to keep warm. Unfortunately, this is not observed here and the skin cools down quickly after the steam room, those have every chance of getting a temperature shock for blood vessels, or at least a cold. 4. Very loud music in the steam room! She shouldn't be there at all. In the steam room, a person relaxes body and soul. There is even an expression: “Steam loves silence.” 5. Bloggers) I understand that the sauna needs to be advertised and the more filming, the better. But in this case, people who came to relax in silence suffer, and as a result you have to listen to loud negotiations about shooting plans, watch tripods and cameras in the center of the steam room and wait “when the shooting is over” so that you can finally make more steam, and in the shower you can be “accidentally” filmed on camera phone number during filming of all interior details). Perhaps here the administration and the PR department should think over a strategy for conducting promotional events so that guests can relax comfortably and shoot content for bloggers.
I spent enough time in the sauna, but I didn't have time to relax. On the one hand, it's a pity, since the price for entry and basic procedures came out, like in good baths in Moscow, well, on the other hand, the administration still has a lot to strive for and I will have a reason to return.

Two cold fonts, which take up so much space, are not very popular for an amateur, especially since there are three vertical very cold showers and a snow room. I think it would be better to put a Jacuzzi of non-extreme temperature instead of these fonts. In my personal rating, the first place was taken by a warm swimming pool with a swim outside and, of course, the steam room itself. A small comment on the restaurant. Instead of water, you can offer a light drink based on seasonal local fruits, drying is optional. The waiters are more efficient so that they don't have to eat dried eggplants instead of crispy ones.
