I was there last week, on Monday. I asked the waitress another beer then I kept talking to my friend. When I turned I realized she'd took it away.. but it was not finished... Why she needed to do that? Why she took my ber? The ABC of service, really... Actually the beer at the Bik is even drinkable, compare to many Moscow bars.

The food was great, but the service was extremely bad and then they still force you to pay for the crappy service by including it in the bill. I'd like to think it was only at this venue, but I would not be taking my family to another one of these franchises soon.

Very bad service, I understand the food may be good, but it's a bad service. They have an elevator but you can't use it. The girls can't even tell you where to put your coat. First and last time I go there. No parking is also another minus.
