The hotel is small with very helpful and friendly staff. Towels were changed almost every day, linen a little less often, but very completely. The rooms are clean. They are cleaned every day. There is only one small window that opens, but there is a net there, so mosquitoes will not fly in. The breakfasts are delicious: omelette, tomatoes, cucumbers, greens, cheeses, sausage, etc. tea can be drunk all day. This is convenient because there is no kettle in the room. I took off the star because there were not enough hangers, hooks, shelves
, etc. It is very difficult to place the necessary things in the bathroom. Just one hook. You can't hang other towels, bathrobes, etc. It would be nice to nail hooks for street clothes at the entrance.
There are also disposable slippers in the room
The mattress is of good rigidity. The back is resting.
Almost any transport is nearby. Including 5 minutes to buses to airports.

September 22
Lived with my wife in this hotel for 10 nights in September 2024. The room is a Deluxe double room with a large double bed and a folding sofa. Initially, we planned to stay for 5 nights at this hotel, and then move to another hotel nearby. But I liked the Marist hotel, we decided to stay in it for another 5 nights.
Positive:
- friendly and helpful staff. He quickly responded to all our requests.
- buffet breakfast. You can have a good meal in the morning. The menu includes an omelet, sausages in sauce, several types of sausages and sliced cheeses. Cucumbers, tomatoes, greens (parsley, lettuce). Tea and coffee almost around the clock (from 8.00 to 23.00). The dining room is located in the attic overlooking the Bosphorus. Sometimes you can chat with seagulls. Breakfast itself takes place from 8.00 to 10.00. The rest of the time, you can go up to the dining room, have coffee or tea. Titanium with boiling water and tea is heated constantly. It is convenient, since there is no kettle in the room. The only drawback is that the menu is the same every day. But this is a problem mainly for those who plan to stay at the hotel for a long time.
- rooms with interesting sound insulation. The layout is made so that the neighboring rooms "touch" the bathrooms. In them you will hear the neighbors talking and washing! But you can't hear the neighbors in the room.
- convenient location of the hotel. There are many shops within walking distance (Migros, A101, Sok and others), a bakery with delicious bread. There is also a metro station within a 5-10–minute walk, the final stop of many buses, including express trains to both airports. Next to the metro there are ferry piers to all parts of Istanbul and to the islands.
- there is an elevator. Since the hotel has six floors, this is important.
Minuses.
- I had to remind you about the cleaning;
- rooms facing the street are noisy when the window is open, even at night. This problem is due to the narrow streets, the sound is reflected from the walls of the houses opposite. With the window closed and the air conditioner turned on, it is quiet enough for a good sleep.
Overall, the hotel is good. If we go to Istanbul again, we will most likely stay there.

April 7
A nice city hotel located in the Asian part of Istanbul. To everyone who loves pathos, not here. Convenient location to tram, bus, metro stops, vapura five minutes on foot. There are many shops, bars, and cafes in the Kadikoy area. It won't be boring. A hotel with good breakfasts. Tea is served during the day.
