Very good location near the mall and infrastructure. View is the best you can get from any window. Best reseption and guest relation and room service. Somewhat cleaner rooms will add the needed inch of perfection

Good luxury hotel with full board of services and great cuisine. However, the stake at top restaurant was good (not excellent) and the Al Farabi strees noises are too loud during nights.

Price quality for the Ritz is worse that I have seen elsewhere and I was in many places. Weird light controlling deck in unergonomic location. Spa and pool are really mediocre. Breakfast is also so so.

An excellent chain hotel worthy of 5 stars, both according to international star ratings in accordance with the rules within the network, and here in Yandex maps. I really liked the Suite with a view of the mountains, we spent only 2 nights.
But even in this short time, I was able to remember this Marriott branch in Almaty from the good side. Inside, the KING-size bed is so comfortably located that the best view of the mountains here in Almaty opens in the early morning. All cosmetics in the room are very pleasant to smell, and my combination skin is very suitable. Considering that my Lion Cub and I arrived at 23:30, the reception and room service staff reserved and settled us into the room fairly quickly. As it should be by the standards of hotels with the status of "5 stars". The breakfast is delicious, in Buffet mode, but since my Lion Cub does not tolerate spices, we ordered a light seafood cream soup from the menu in the room. My Husband and I really liked it! And I also liked the SPA, the water bottle.

A wonderful hotel! Very comfortable rooms, large bathroom, shower with hanging and top watering can. A beautiful bed. Breakfast is for every taste, very varied!
Of the cons, perhaps someone will note a slight "fatigue" of the rooms, but it's more like in good European hotels - a touch of time)

I stayed here for work. The level of service is something incredible. This is the first time I have encountered such high-class service. They take care of you with attention, they are interested in how you are, they clarify how you liked the dishes. The waiters help you get comfortable at the table and communicate pleasantly. I did not expect such a level of service at all. The breakfasts are great, and the hotel itself is the best of all where I have stayed during my travels in 20 countries. The spa is a separate story, a real work of art. The massage was just amazing, it was done by a girl, unfortunately, I don't know her name, but it was unforgettable. If the budget allows, I definitely recommend it!

Where they take good care of you, ask how you are, ask about the taste of the dishes. The waiter girls help to sit down at the table. They communicate nicely. I did not expect such a level of service at all. The breakfasts are wonderful. The best hotel in all my 20 countries. Spa is a separate art form. The massage was done by a girl, unfortunately I do not know the name. But it's just a delight. After a night flight, I relieved tension from my whole body. I am just delighted with the service of this hotel. If the budget allows, I recommend it!!!

A good hotel and service, a very beautiful reception and elevators, panoramic Windows, natural materials everywhere: marble, wood. A nice spa, delicious food to order in the room, they bring it very quickly, a gorgeous view, good cosmetics in the bathroom, I want to note separately the water pressure in the shower - fantastic.
Among the disadvantages: a complex system of access to the room through two elevators.
From the tips: replace the hair dryer, it's tired, it's important for my long hair.

The level of the kitchen and the establishment as a whole is top.

A low-level hotel that does not meet the world standard in any way. We were here with colleagues in April of this year (2024). The connection to the reception for ordering in the room is instantaneous, only what you select from the menu is out of stock. It is very difficult to book rooms, it is impossible to use the additional services of this hotel within the tariff indicated on the company's website without additional payments. It is much easier to simply rent one of the many apartments with daily rent at a cost that is much more acceptable.

The review applies only to the part of the hotel where the conference rooms are located. It's a little cramped, there's no lobby at the entrance. The halls themselves are comfortable, good conference equipment. A very mediocre evening buffet at the event at a high cost of participation. That is, it is the dishes, and the serving, and the taste that are mediocre. We expected more from the Ritz.

The RIC confirms the level of its hotels. Everything is fine with the rooms and the view from the window. There is not much to walk around - only in cafes, shops and offices nearby.
The demand for deposits is annoying. Because of this, I lost 50,000 tenge. The staff is competent and friendly. The gastronomic restaurant is of a very good level.

We were at Vista restaurant with my wife. Expensive, but memorable. The view of the city is cool. The waiters are well-trained. Cocktails are just a bomb, and delicious and the serving is interesting. The Ritz Carlton cake is simply divine. In general, I liked everything, if the price of 25,000 + tenge per person does not scare away, then I highly recommend visiting!

The most comfortable hotel to stay in. A chic breakfast buffet. Impeccable service. The hotel staff will do everything for your convenience. We had a situation where we left at night and asked for coffee with us. They brought it to us, but there was no thing to hold two drinks in one hand. There are also bags and suitcases... We asked about this thing, the girl replied that she would go to a colleague and ask. "Come on, you're still running around because of this nonsense," we just managed to say after her. We went downstairs ourselves, because the taxi was already waiting. What do you think? This girl brought us this double coffee thing right in the taxi.
And what apples are everywhere, mmm! I gorged on them like a horse, because it was delicious. I heartily recommend this hotel! And especially the rooms with mountain views.
