Everything is great, the staff is polite, there are many types of balls, the cuisine is delicious, everything is top notch. I recommend you to visit, it's a great place.

The service is terribly un-customer-oriented. It is impossible to get in on a day off. There is no advance booking!
The opening is at 2, and then you need to wait in line.
It is to sit and wait for several hours directly with them.
We came with friends, signed up for a live queue and were on the 6th, went for a walk to relax somehow.
An hour later, one of us called the institution to find out about the queue movement, to which he received an answer.: "And you are not in the hall, we have removed you from the queue"
It was just a waste of time and a ruined weekend experience.
