Great cafe. Very nice view from the 25th floor. Polite and helpful staff. Delicious dishes and an interesting presentation. We celebrated my wife's birthday, everyone was satisfied. I definitely recommend you to visit!

Очень красиво, однозначно одно из мест которые хотя бы раз надо посетить в Минске. 28й этаж, обзор почти на 360 градусов всего города. Красивые закаты и ночной город. Место для крутых фоточек. Хорошая работа персонала. Выбор еды небольшой👆, но всё очень вкусно. Может немного дороговато (100-170р на двоих) , но атмосфера того стоит. Идеально для похода с девушкой.

Very strange impressions were left from this restaurant. I read the reviews - everything seems to be fine. We were just disappointed. Nothing but a beautiful view - I was not impressed. And we couldn't fully enjoy the view. But about everything in order
1. A table for 6 people stood deep in a separate nook so that half of them sat with their backs to the window and could not see anything. It seems that such tables should stand perpendicular to the window so that everyone can see the view
2. The waiter came to us for a very long time. Well, really, no one even came up to order drinks. There are few waiters, ours served about 7-8 tables. Of course, there was not enough of him at all for high-quality service. Although a restaurant with a claim to prestige and all that.
3. There is no cocktail card. Only the classics, although now all the cool places are trying to impress with their signature cocktails. But I must say that the performance of the cocktails was not so-so.
4. The children were given a children's menu already painted all over. Well, guys, if you respect your guests, then make sure that the children are given a menu with coloring books that has not already been used.
In terms of food, it's straight up to 4 with a minus, and something is generally 3 points:
1. Duck pate - dryish
2. The Thai-style sashimi salad is some kind of misunderstanding. Large chunks of tuna and salmon in unleavened sauce. There are rice chips on top- they don't taste like anything. There is a chukka at the bottom, and hard, inedible rice noodles underneath. The salad seems to be unfinished. All the ingredients do not combine somehow or they should have a bright sauce.
3. Arugula salad with shrimp- was seasoned with too bitter dressing. Either olive oil or grapefruit. In general, they almost didn't eat it.
4. For the hot lamb roll, it was also a little bland. There was not enough brightness
5. I liked the seared salmon - it was delicious. Horseradish ice cream was coming to him - he lacked sharpness.
6. The chocolate fondue upset me - there was white chocolate inside, and in its melted form it was just like sweet liquid butter.
In general, we were disappointed. Starting from the service, ending with the kitchen. We told the waiter that we didn't like it. Of course, he informed the kitchen, but they said that everything was fine with salads and they should be like that.
This restaurant is not worth the money. I have something to compare it with. We've been to more delicious places in Minsk and Moscow.
I give 3 points and then only for the look and interior

The food is delicious here, the interior, the service, the meeting of guests -everything is on top!
If you want a table next to the panoramic windows, you just need to discuss it in advance when booking!

Хорошее место для семейного ужина или романтического вечера, желательно заранее заказать место, цены на блюда средние по городу, подача и качество на высоте. Данное место завораживает своим панорамным видом на набережную реки Свислочь и городской пейзаж с высоты птичьего полёта. Однако для фотографий в инстаграм лучше выбирать хорошую погоду, ведь при небольшом ветре терраса часто бывает закрыта.

Хорошее обслуживание, вкусная еда, быстрая подача закусок, к сожалению, горячее пришлось подождать дольше, чем хотелось, но ожидание скрашивал приятный вид на любимый город, а также официант не давал нашим бокалам пустеть и беседы лились рекой.
На день рождения включили в колонки «Happy birthday» и угостили пирожным с мягким бисквитом, печеным яблоком и белковым кремом сверху.
По ценам за ужин, состоящий из двух блюд и вина, готовьте $30-40 на человека.

I wanted to show this place, because we came from Poland and haven't seen Minsk for a long time, I wanted to show this wonderful place. The hall was half empty, we arrived on April 18 at approximately 20:40-20:50, I clarified and said that we had no table reservations. The receptionist girl with dark hair looked at us rather arrogantly and sat us down at the place that is located at the exit to the observation deck, where the balcony was constantly opening. We wanted to have a view, I repeat, the hall was half empty. Upon landing, we were seated in the farthest corner and were not even immediately given a menu. I didn't want to take pictures and get any impressions anymore, the evening was ruined. The weather was terrible outside, it was raining, since we were at the balcony - we were blown through, and the waiter came up to us only 15 minutes later. The place is worth a visit purely because of the view and interior, but is the attitude of the staff important to you? It's up to you. I give 1 star and duplicate my review on various sites.

Насколько потрясающий вид открывается с данного заведения, настолько отвратительный персонал и никакущее меню.
Про рамен писали ниже, в принципе, по вкусу неплохо, но вместо мяса лежало два маленьких кусочка сала, а общий размер блюда вызывает лишь смех. Отвратительно.
Официанты смотрят с презрением и высокомерием, ощущения максимально неприятные.
В общем, кухня посредственная, персонал неприятный, выигрывает только вид.
И да, первая попытка посетить данное заведение вызвало бурю негативных эмоций. Забронировали с молодым человеком столик у окна, чтобы отпраздновать юбилей. В день празднования, в обед!! звонят и говорят, что мой столик ОТДАЛИ другим людям, так как те сняли сразу несколько столиков. На вопрос «будет ли место у окна» сказали «ну постараемся найти». Естественно, просто пошли в другое заведение.
В общем, из стоящего - только замечательный вид)
