One of the best hotels for your money. We lived in different hotels, but this one was the best this year. The room is small, but the linen is clean and fresh, a comfortable mattress, soft pillows. Very good toiletries. Responsive staff. The breakfasts are simple, but there is enough of everything, instant coffee. We didn't use the spa, I can't say anything. 1.5 minutes to ISTIKLAL.

I recommend the hotel!
Positive:
- Location in the very center, almost on Istiklal Street. At the same time, the windows overlook a quiet alley, so there is no wild noise. Shishkhane metro station is a five-minute walk away;
- Very helpful staff. When we had a problem, they offered to solve it in an inconvenient way for the staff, but no one complained. In addition, the employees (with the exception of the cleaner) speak English at a high level;
- The rooms may not be the newest, but they are modern, beautiful, and the design of the halls is pleasing to the eye;
- The cleaner put on new water every day, put tea and coffee, changed bed linen and towels, washed mugs. The room was clean. Toilet paper never ran out, soap, gel and balm too. They were in large packages;
- The air conditioner worked properly and cooled the room well;
- There is a functioning safe, Wi-Fi;
- If desired, they can bring a ironing board and an iron, you can leave your suitcases after check-out;
- There are many clean toilets on the 1st floor.
Minuses:
- The view from the window is bad. It rests directly against the wall of the house opposite, so the curtains should always be drawn. Moreover, the window cannot be opened even a centimeter, because it is soldered. You have to turn on the air conditioner periodically when it gets stuffy.
- The refrigerator did not work in our room 22, we had to store food on the ground floor;
- There are no cupboards and shelves, that is, there is nowhere to store clothes, we took them out of suitcases;
- The card from the room is one for two;
- The room is not very large (but we did not expect anything else).

A small hotel, of which there are a great many in the area.
The price is normal: 110 euros per day. Breakfast is in the photo.
The staff is friendly and friendly.
