A very pleasant cafe in the center of Minsk, with huge windows offering a magnificent view of the city. It's especially beautiful in the morning when the city is just waking up. The atmosphere is cozy, and the choice of dishes is pleasing: breakfasts, pastries, desserts — there is enough of everything. My favorite is plye with cream and chocolate, it just melts in my mouth.
The coffee here is great too, especially the cappuccino. But what's missing is something unusual about the menu. For example, a Scandinavian salmon cake would be a great addition — savory, satisfying, and would definitely find its fans.
The interior is clean, the staff is friendly, dirty dishes are cleaned quickly. The prices are quite adequate for such a place. If you're around, be sure to stop by for coffee and pastries in the morning — it's the perfect start to the day. I think I'll come back here more than once!

The pastry shop in the Galileo shopping center at the train station with a view of the city from the panoramic windows is an atmospheric place. The waiter or barista replied: "We have to wash the dishes ourselves in the evening, since the cleaner goes home after eight and the supervisor told us to do so. "In my opinion, this is a very wise instruction from the head, because they could have let everything go into the dirty dishes. Thank you for the wonderful service with a view of the evening city. It is worth noting that the tartlets with lemon curd and bretzel with custard, cappuccino were delicious. And the view of the employee behind the glass, who was on the phone in the kitchen, is great. If you are looking for a place to run in and have a quick snack and drink coffee, then this is an extremely convenient place. The pastries and desserts are delicious, the situation with sandwiches and crepes is not so rosy, there is little filling. Coffee has recently become worse, aspirininess and unsaturation are felt. The windows of the establishment overlook the fashionable Marx Street, but this makes the building incredibly hot. It's cramped inside, the flow of people is large, and there is no toilet. 4/5

A great, small and almost always crowded place. The location often attracts students from the nearest buildings of BSU and AUP. Many people take coffee and cakes with them, so the atmosphere is lively and dynamic. Two windows with tables additionally have a wonderful media view of Lenin Street towards the Art Museum. The assortment almost corresponds to the standard cafes of the chain. The staff is friendly.

I would like to have professional ethics lessons with the employees. On 03/30/2025, I went into the establishment to take a flat white with me. When paying, I heard the girl at the checkout turn to the barista and clearly say "take it with you", there were a lot of orders, after 10 minutes of waiting, the barista put the MUG on the saucer with the words "Flat", the cashier girl looked and said "take it with you!", the barista began to roll her eyes with displeasure, and then even when She took a cup and a mug for me and, without undue embarrassment, but not with a displeased face, decided to pour the coffee from the mug into the glass...to which, of course, I asked to "redo, not pour," to which the barista girl made an even more displeased face, then began to tinker with the coffee machine for a long time, poured milk from the glass back into the milk carton, and as a result, she already gave out something in the glass with the words "flat white." Even if you want to stay, there is nowhere to sit, or for the remnants of people's luxury, which, unfortunately, the staff is unable to clean up in time. You need to mark the ML of each drink in the menu so that you don't sit and wait for a full glass of coffee, but get half a glass of rafa and think about whether the barista wants it or it should be. Disgusting coffee in all Thierry's establishments, the food is terrible, soup, quiche, pastries, desserts. Pleasant interior, convenient location, affordable prices for Minsk and generally a positive attitude towards the network itself.
However, we visited a coffee shop on Lenin 17 and came out with a "sediment". Both my friend and I were counted and brought the wrong positions of croissants (the request to replace was refused, since everything went through the cashier, and no one will do the cancellation for us). I'm not the kind of person who would make a scandal over a bun, but the conclusion is that it's worth talking to the cashier several times to place an order - it's done!

We were with my sister yesterday morning. Hiding from the rain, we ran into Thierry. The cafe welcomed us with warmth and comfort. The smell of coffee and pastries was enticing and exciting. We immediately ordered 2 lattes and a tartlet with a cake. The order did not take even five minutes. I definitely recommend sweets: in such weather, it's best to raise a little sugar. The coffee is delicious as always. This is not my first visit to Thierry. And definitely not the last one.))

I didn't take coffee. I saw how they beat and pour milk into cappuccino and changed my mind.
The room inside looks beautiful.
There were crumbs on the tables. There is a perfect mess under the tables: leftover food, dirt from shoes.
In general, I am satisfied. It is absolutely worth coming for an almond croissant.
