We were with your family on 01.01.25 at 19.25, went to warm up with delicious coffee and rolls, and left with a completely spoiled mood. We ordered cocoa, Americano and cappuccino with rolls. All drinks except cappuccino were served. I came over and asked if they had forgotten about the cappuccino, to which they replied: they have already done it. However, it wasn't on the serving table. I don't know if the barista forgot, or if someone warmed him up. But we were given to understand that they would do nothing. Stand in line and buy again. I approached the girl at the checkout, asked her to make a cappuccino, which we paid for and apparently forgot to make, she changed the barista. But she stuck to her guns. They left in a bad mood. Thanks to the girls on shift! Never set foot in Thierry again.
