70% of the tables are always with trays and dirty dishes, which the visitors themselves put away anywhere if they want to sit down. The employee also goes out, but given the flow of visitors, it's nothing at all.
A good price tag, a variety of pastries, a delicious lunch, because of which people come anyway, and for this reason, the quality of service does not improve.
You will have to wait for coffee for 15 minutes right at the checkout with a crowd of other people, and then they will forget about you, because it is not fixed in any way who and what to cook, everything is on the conscience of one barista girl, who simply cannot provide so many orders.
The girls at the checkout are so busy that even at 11 a.m. you won't see anyone with a smile anymore, they just don't have time)

The coffee shop chain is wonderful: wonderful pastries, pleasant interior. But the cleanliness... we went in for coffee and croissants, but almost immediately we left. I wouldn't have written a review if I hadn't thrown away coffee for the 4th time in a row (for two weeks) without drinking half of it. In general, I will definitely come for everything except coffee.

What can I say about this place - the atmosphere is cozy, the staff consists of only girls (at least during my visit), the eclair was essentially delicious. I ordered cappuccino and raspberry eclair, I want to highlight:
- Eclair with someone's eyelash
- The staff poured cappuccino into a plastic cup with them, although they asked for it on the spot. They explained it this way - that the institution is closing soon, so we'll pour you a drink with us.(so that there are no unnecessary dishes.)
- the coffee serving rate is violated (the serving rate implies the optimal temperature for consumption by the guest (60-70 degrees). The cappuccino itself looked more like cocoa, there was no coffee flavor. The place is not bad, but there are nicer things in this price segment.

A great place, like all the other cafes in Thierry's chain. Delicious pastries for every taste, sweets, at lunchtime - a decent menu (better and more satisfying than similar in many places; I advise you to come and try it specially. I went to lunch like that for a whole month).
I am glad that Thierry is always given more than you expect and does not raise the price tag. You can safely come with a girl together and not lose your fortune on desserts, at the same time the impression will be OK. You can come for their pancakes (crepes) or croissants with meat/fish and have a serious meal. You can come to lunch on purpose and be satisfied again!

Sofas are always dirty, so more often I just take my coffee with me and leave. The interior is pleasant to the eye, but it is always not clean enough on tables and sofas, the coffee to go station is not replenished well, almost always there is something.
