Awful. It is sad to realize that often all good things come to an end. For a year we bought fish, caviar, mussels and much more from Thursday. A couple of months ago, they began to bring frozen steaks, they were thawed and baked, but they stink impossible to eat. OK, we stopped ordering steaks. They also constantly took minced salmon for cutlets for the child, it was delicious and convenient. And they took a lot, often. And that's what was brought to us in the last delivery (photo attached). 40% of the skin. I stood and picked with my hands on one side, then I turn it over, and there's still the same amount! I couldn't resist taking a picture and sent it on Thursday with the question why so?! So in response, they were rude to me that it was a fillet of this color! :)))) I chose it with my hands, obviously. It's just a shock!

What can I say- disgusting for such money!
Trout in oil is a glass jar, it was all greasy, the oil just flowed out, this indicates the leakiness of the packaging, respectively, about the short shelf life.
In addition, we ordered a jar of caviar, stored it in the refrigerator (as everyone does), I open it for my daughter's dr, and there's mold! To my request with explanations, the manager tells how a jar of caviar 100 gr for 40 r should be stored.
My conclusion is that neither I nor my family will use the services of this store anymore! People pay for QUALITY, first of all! And after everything you've seen, let the Sanstancia sort it out.

My first experience of working with the store is hardly positive. 1. A day after confirming the order, they called back saying that one position had "sailed away". 2. We changed the already agreed delivery day (okay: force majeure). 3. The carcass of the coho was frozen already in July 2022!, there were signs of rust (September 2023 outside the window!) 4. Cod steaks floated in the water after defrosting, and the finished ones turned out to be "rubber". One steak out of five was from the head with the remains of the gills. The coolest thing was the positive Courier! Thanks to him!!!

We ordered frozen trout. There is only one photo of a whole fish on the site, that is, the color of the fish is not visible. The trout came in a light (milky) color. I Googled, the color of trout can be different depending on its habitat and food. OK. But the fish turned out to have a clear taste of mud (algae). It was impossible to eat it. Two fish ended up in the trash. I will no longer order products from this store.

We ordered the delivery of caviar and lightly salted fish. They brought the wrong caviar (the one that is cheaper) and attention - fresh fish in an open package. Three days later, they promised to bring the right caviar and fish in a whole package for exchange. As a result, the courier brought back the same caviar, but did not bring the fish at all. The money was returned. Everything would be fine, but during all the conversations with the manager, they never apologized. Customer focus is close to zero.

The operator didn't even call back anymore! The service level is 0.
