The support refused to help, they respond according to the script, no one will say the banal words "sorry". They redirect some people to solve problems not from the company . I don't know, but in my opinion, the scammers on kufara /avito respected me more. Don't buy tickets from them, vote with your wallet.

I bought a ticket for the concert Three days of rain on March 28. The tickets are fine. The only thing I didn't like was that the ticket seller doesn't know what the hall or the room where the concert took place looks like. I think you need to know this in order to explain to the buyer why the ticket prices are different.

I was unable to buy tickets through my personal account twice. Technical support offered to buy tickets without an account. The history in the personal account does not open: it gives an error as in the screenshot.
