We were served by an Amer consultant, who told us in great detail about each product and the timing of reducing the size of the selected ring. We were limited in time, so we warned that it would be good to reduce the size in 2-3 days while we are in Dubai, Amer confirmed this possibility. Upon arrival, we paid for the ring, chose the right size and clarified once again that we were limited in time and would be able to wait a maximum of three days. Amer was not there that day, so another consultant handled the registration. He once again clarified the possibility of reducing the ring in three days, and promised that it would be ready by the evening of October 10. The day before our second visit to the boutique, I wrote to Amer that we were still waiting for confirmation of the ring's readiness (we did not receive an SMS) and asked him to also set aside a spoon for us (which he did, thank him very much). We came to the store late in the evening on October 10 and the consultant girl (Russian-speaking) searched for our ring for a very long time and eventually said that the ring was not ready yet, come another day) she also could not stand the spoon. Then I asked Amer to be invited, because we had the main dialogue with him and I thought he would be able to solve this problem. He called another boutique twice (where our ring was) and found out that the ring was ready, it just wasn't delivered on time. He suggested that we wait a bit and continue our shopping, and then return for the ring, since it will be delivered soon (other consultants suggested waiting for the morning, but we had an early flight, so it was impossible for us). Thanks to Amer for quickly solving the problem and arranging the delivery of the ring to the store. He also brought out a spoon that another consultant couldn't take out for us. And the boutique gave us a small gift for the long wait and the inconvenience - a set for writing letters. While waiting, by the way, no one offered us drinks (until they asked for them), no one apologized (except Amer).
In general, the whole situation is a serious jamb, we lost 1.5 hours of time in this boutique waiting. If we announced that we would be at the boutique on October 10 in the evening, then, in my opinion, the consultants were obliged to check whether the product was ready for delivery! Thanks to Amer for finding a way out of the situation, it was only for his work that I gave such an assessment.

On July 30, we visited this store in the beautiful Dubai Mall. We were disappointed with the "hospitality". A Russian-speaking girl stood at the entrance in all outlines. We went in and asked her with a smile if she spoke Russian, to which the answer was "yes I can" with a crooked face. We came in with a specific purpose to try on and later buy a couple of jewelry, which we informed her about. She called another girl over and continued to communicate with us in English with her crooked face and explain to the girl. It was uncomfortable, because we hadn't done anything to her, but the expression on her face said otherwise. Of course, we can guess why she was unfriendly..but you are standing in Dubai, in Tiffany) my dear, forget all your problems and resentments and do what you are paid for.
The next girl was smiling broadly, but she started asking us some nonsense.
"Do you want to try it on or buy it?"

She repeats her question again, and we repeat our answer.
I wanted to buy a bracelet as a gift and something for myself, in the end we only asked for a bracelet, because we realized that everyone was too busy there to somehow advise customers. By the way, the store was empty. I tried on the bracelet, it was the last one, but I didn't want to buy there. We said we would think about it and heard the following question:

The next day, I ordered this latest bracelet from Tiffany's store in Dubai Mall at Tiffany's Mall of Emirates and took more earrings.
