I live in another country and asked Timberstone for a manual on installing Coretec quartz vinyl (which Timbersone for some reason loudly calls "nanocoating", which is a laugh to the chickens) in Russian. They spent a long time trying to find out who I was and what I was, and then they refused, telling me to go and watch videos on the Internet, and they wrote to me that "data from our company is given exclusively to our customers, sorry, we can't help you with anything else."
