Good but prices are high on weekends

I was bowling on 09/16/2024.
Pros: good bowling.
Cons: stuffy indoors, poor food quality, the attitude of the cafe staff to customers.
I ordered a men's health burger, it was the worst burger I've ever eaten. To say it's not tasty to say nothing, it was disgusting.
A thin and terribly dry cutlet, fried to a crunchy state. Even more fried bacon, which can be cut if you are careless.
All this is flavored with a notable portion of BBQ sauce, apparently to hide the smelling cutlet, unsuccessfully, the smell of not fresh product was present. And all this "beauty" is inside the stale crumbling bread in the hands.
After taking two bites, I realized that the dish was not edible, called the waiter and asked him to pick up this "masterpiece" describing in detail what was wrong.
Later, the waiter came with the administrator, together they explained that the burger was the freshest, everything was done according to the technological card and I was obliged to pay for the efforts of the cook and the products, and no one cares about my opinion.
We agreed with the administrator that I would pay, but I would leave a negative review, the main thing is to put 16 rubles in the cashier, and not any reviews there.
Well, everyone decides for himself how to run a business.

04.07.2004 from 20:00 to 21:00 we were on the first track, celebrating a birthday. We decided to order food and drinks, pressed the button, the menu was brought quickly. When we selected food and drinks, we pressed the button again, but this time no one came. They pressed it 100 times for 20 minutes!!! There was no waiter in sight, they approached the bartender and explained the situation, asked to call the waiter, to which the bartender replied that if he called, the effect would be the same, that is, no one would come to us, then he said that he did not relate to us at all, his business was only to pour drinks and there can be no complaints against him. No one came up to us until the end of the game. It is very unpleasant that they did not pay attention to us, especially on my birthday. Due to such "high-quality" service, the institution lost about 200 rubles.

We forgot to bring part of the order , the waiter girl apologized and there are no complaints about her , but then we wanted to extend the bowling time , we stood near the receptionist of a girl who did not even look at us on purpose , another woman stood next to us and asked for another track , to which the administrator offered our track , after we asked if there were any more tracks to play, the receptionist said no and offered to pack our food. The nearest track said to be free in an hour , we stayed in this area for another half hour and no one took the last track , which they just didn 't want to give us )

It is difficult to catch a bartender at his workplace, he was always away somewhere. the track on which they were playing also seemed to be out of order. Either the downed pins will not be counted, or the spade will count for the line, although this did not happen. When they left, they wanted to take coffee to the takeaway at the bar, but again they did not observe the bartender at their workplace. When asked to present a book of complaints and suggestions, the administrator of the hall replied that they did not have it. There is no service at all. I do not recommend visiting it at all

Well, accordingly, after work, there is only time left for the very end, from 18 to 21. We left the shopping center using the emergency stairs. Bowling, slot machines, laser tag. In principle, everything is on the level. The food is average, not very tasty burgers, none of the children ate the whole thing. Although the pizza flew away with a bang! In general, the children liked it very much.

The animator is experienced, everything went great. We bought a laser tag. From 14-19 , the children were satisfied . The service is so-so. But I don't take off the star. The prices are reasonable.

The staff is not polite and not friendly, today a 6-year-old child accidentally threw a ball over the sides, called the administrator to help solve this problem, since she did not want to take risks and do something in her own way and incorrectly, in response she only clicked her displeasure and said in a rude way to explain to the children, excuse me, you are the administrator and of course, you have to follow the rules, you speak as if you are being called every minute, respect is 0! But the young man (the employee) who also helped, showed himself to be good. The sides are raised up to 9 years old, after 9 children without sides, the staff categorically refuses to raise them, it is not convenient when the child has not yet got the hang of it and the sides have already been removed. Also, after the previous player knocked down all the pins, the mechanism freezes for 2-3 minutes, it's unpleasant, the game can only be 1 hour, but it takes 15 minutes on average. In general, that place is so-so.

Дорожек много, огонь. Только места маловато между ними.. можно с детьми, есть кухня, можно заказать перекусить и бар также имеется. Цены средние, особо не кусаются. Обслуживание хорошее ( есть кнопка на каждом столике для вызов официанта, очень удобно) Рекомендую!!
Были в выходной день, людей было оч много...это единственный минус.

Bowling is of a good level, sometimes the mechanism breaks down, we noticed it on tracks 3 and 8 (does not serve all the pins / just freezes for a couple of minutes), no compensation is provided for this, although for 2-3 hours of play it took at least 15-20 minutes at each session. A trifle, but unpleasant. In terms of balls, tracks, staff and atmosphere, everything is fine, there is an opportunity to order food and drinks to the table, the choice is not bad, pizzas, burgers, salads and cocktails were quite delicious.
At the last session, the room was extremely stuffy for all participants, there is not enough air conditioning /additional.ventilation.
But, in general, the place is good.

Не самое подходящее место для отдыха с детьми, которые старше 9 лет, но не имеют достаточно умений для игры в боулинг без боковых бортиков. Персонал твердо следует своим правилам не поднимать бортики детям старше 9 лет. На мой взгляд, стоит пересмотреть правила и поднимать бортики в зависимости от роста и веса ребенка, а не его возраста!

We went bowling with colleagues. The bowling itself is normal, but I didn't like the music. Separately, I would like to say about the kitchen and the bar: the food is tasteless at all and cocktails are one name. Mojito is a sweet soda, a sprig of mint thrown on top and a couple of small pieces of ice. Pizza is greasy and there is little filling, burgers are dry and tasteless.

Супер. Был там много лет назад, посетили недавно и ничего не изменилось. Всё классно, удобно и для людей. Очень нравится, что у каждой дорожки есть свой стол, отображается на оставшееся время и есть кнопка вызова официанта.

Праздновали день рождения, детям понравилось. отличные комплексные программы с квестом, лабиринтом и лазертагом . Есть возможность перекусить на фудкорде или в отдельной комнате. Лазертаг очень атмосферный. Много игровых автоматов. Цены преемлимые. Парковка рядом.

Кухня лучше, чем у конкурентов. Персонал вежливый. Нравится, что есть звонок вызова официантов. 8 столик далековат от дорожки. Некоторые шары под вопросом, так как скорее всего имеют смещенный центр тяжести. Удобное местоположение, на парковке всегда есть место. Было бы не плохо, чтобы для новичков был какой-то гайд по игре на столе, либо на стене. Можно приходить с детьми, атмосфера вполне приличная. Есть детское меню.
