I liked the Titan Business Center. It is located close to the metro and public transport stops. The offices are always clean and well maintained.
There is a shopping center nearby, a buffet where I usually go for lunch and after work (I practically don't cook thanks to it) and one of the best gyms. I usually shop at their mall after work and work out at the gym. This is very convenient for me
Fast and quiet access elevators, access control system, good ventilation, security.
Titan has everything you need for comfortable work and rest. This is a truly modern and well-designed business center that can be recommended to anyone looking for high-quality office space. I've been to many business centers, but I don't see such a steep level very often.
I haven't noticed any disadvantages yet, but if I do, I'll add a review.

The place is super! Convenient location, close to the metro and public transport stops. There is everything you need, both for employees and for visitors to the shopping center. Everything has been done comfortably for the employees of the business center. The offices are clean and well maintained. The shopping center combines everything you need: entertainment, coffee shops, clothing and shoe stores, as well as creative goods, etc. I recommend it!

A good center, there is enough of everything, there are not enough branded stores, behind the brands are a Gallery, a Castle, a Dana.
There are two great creative shops in Titan, Megatop and Shagovita
Fiction is often with promotions, you can buy a good toy for a gift, it often helps out
There is a cinema, a petting zoo.
5 element with a fairly good assortment, they also help out often

The middle tower is sensible. The level is quite high. Here you have turnstiles with administrators, and an elevator by card. No strangers wandering around the floors. 3 san.the node is on the floor. The central tower is on a high level. There is a guard at the entrance and a security system is installed. Elevators for such a number of floors are fast and quiet. There is a coffee shop on the ground floor, as well as a grocery store within walking distance.
