I placed an order in this online store, the goods were available and at very pleasant prices. By the appointed day, the order did not arrive at the pick-up point, the delivery department employee asked by phone to wait a few days. After some time, they again offered on the phone to wait for the goods to arrive at the warehouse, to which my consent was given. As a result, the order was simply cancelled without warning. I found out about it by accident, the order information just disappeared in my personal account. I sincerely do not understand why the "breakfast" was needed and why it was impossible to notify about the cancellation in a timely manner. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it.

I have already placed an order several times as a legal entity. The first couple of orders were both issued quickly and delivered quickly. But the next few times, it's just terrible. Until you call yourself, no one will tell you about the status of the order. You get through to the manager - he says that the delivery is on a certain date. On the agreed date, you wait a whole day for delivery, and then you call the manager and it turns out that the goods will not arrive. All sorts of excuses begin: "I didn't say that", "But what, you've never had such a thing that the delivery is postponed? Nothing happens to everyone!" etc . Communication is just rude and the attitude is the same. Manager Artyom communicates as if everyone owes him. After getting through to the boss, all they could say was: "Sorry, but we sent the goods to a third-party organization and it will be tomorrow!". Question: why can't the manager call and say that the delivery date is postponed and the goods were sent by a third-party organization at all? Okay, I decided to place another order and also as a legal entity. And again: no call from the manager, you have to call yourself and find out what's with the product and where it is. As it turned out, legal entities cannot issue goods for less than 30 rubles (there is no such information on the website that the order amount for legal entities is from 30 rubles. The following is indicated: "The contract with the company is concluded for the amount of the first invoice of at least 30 rubles." This is not the first time the bill has been paid). We cannot pick up some of the goods, because the fact that the order for the PVZ has already arrived costs less than 30 rubles and they cannot issue an invoice. According to Artyom's manager: maybe by 17.00 on 12/11/2023 we will be able to pick up all the goods, but this is not accurate and wait for an SMS (for all the time of work, no SMS has ever arrived). All I can say is that working with legal entities is just terrible! Artyom's manager is arrogant, incompetent, boorish and can argue with clients. Maybe the company works well with individuals.persons, but I will no longer treat you as a legal person!

The quality of service is disgusting. I made an order for a snowplow on December 3 at 11 a.m. Pickup in the product card was indicated on Tuesday, December 5th. On December 3, the manager confirmed the order for Tuesday by phone (18:39). On Tuesday, I specifically called support in the afternoon to find out the status of the order. Naturally, two hours before the end of work, I received a call and was refused. In the middle of winter and the presence of constant precipitation in the form of snow, it is absurd not to keep a stock of such equipment in stock. Well, the excuses of managers " the warehouse site is not updated " are akin to babble. To all of the above, it is worth adding that the order magically disappeared from the purchase history :) Thank you for the unproven service.

Due to work responsibilities, one has to communicate with many companies and people, but such bad manners bordering on rudeness have not been encountered in any company in the city of Minsk and the region! Not only does the girl on the "invoice statement" never say hello and behaves as if I owe her money for several months and do not give it back, but also the storekeeper made me wait outside for half an hour, and the time of the year is November, not the month of May, and to my question: "Couldn't it have been done in the trading floor?", replied: "You can!" So why would I be kept out in the cold for half an hour????? In addition, some bearded man, either an auxiliary worker or a loader, defiantly slammed the warehouse door in my face, without words, thereby preventing me from warming up - is this not rudeness??? If not for production issues - I wouldn't have set foot in this "firm"!
