I signed up for the 4p loader driver course. the 1st day is organizational (we bring all the documents, passport, diploma of education, you can have several, fill out the questionnaire), we pay immediately or in parts at a nearby bank. Day 2.3 is theory (you can do it online or at your desk), the teacher explains everything clearly, you can and should ask any questions that arise. The practice lasts 1 month, passage in a state-owned enterprise (BELZHELDORSNAB), well, or in short a White railway. In a month, if desired, you can learn everything.

Before I went to study, I chose my courses for a long time. As a result, I stopped at the training center For the DREAM and did not lose.
The first thing I noticed was a pleasant, friendly atmosphere and friendly-minded specialists. I received competent and comprehensive answers to all the questions that I had or arose during the training process. It was clear that people love their work and value their reputation, from this - high quality services and a professional approach.
About the training itself.
There was no monotonous reading of lectures on the record. Everything took place in the format of communication: the teacher asked questions, or outlined the real working situation, and asked her to resolve it. If it didn't work out by myself, I gave a detailed and logically justified answer. Therefore, it was not boring at all and everything was remembered much better.
After training, I was found a paid internship, followed by employment on fairly good terms, which exceeded all my expectations.

It all started with the fact that I decided to get a working specialty despite the fact that I have completed higher education in economics. I chose the profession of a plumber and began to look for courses. According to the search, 4-5 organizations in Minsk were given out that trained specialists in this field, it was necessary to compare them somehow. I have compiled a table on the terms of training, location, time, cost, documents and practice (referral to practice). I started calling everyone and was surprised. Somewhere they did not pick up the phone, somewhere they assured me that a diploma with a blue crust is an established state sample, although this is not the case, you can specify how the document should look, someone did not guarantee a referral to practice. Actually, how do I go through it then? To pay money, which is so not just given in our time, so then also to ask for someone. Noooo... I need something normal, adequate and where they won't get tired of chewing everything and answer all my adult-children's questions. I called the center for retraining specialists For the Dream, a girl with a pleasant voice said that the manager Tatiana was absent and would be later, wrote down my number and told me to wait. I had to wait for 15 minutes and Tatiana dialed me, told me that it turns out there is a locksmith, this is one training, an installer is the second. The installer is more expensive, but the functionality is more complicated, the responsibility is greater, respectively, and the specialist is higher. I decided to work for an installer.
I arrived at the office, clean and tidy. People are sitting, learning something on the computer, the teacher tells the topic in a row, everything seems logical. A contract was drawn up, further actions were explained, and they were sent for a medical examination. It took a day or two because the results of the tests and blablabla... In short, not for long. While I was doing the certificate, they already began to study theory remotely and in the classroom. It all depends on how busy you are. Some worked and had to be present online. They read the material to us, everything is clear, the teacher explained all the nuances and difficulties of installation and design. There was no such thing as, "here's a thick book for you, go read it." No, it won't work like that anymore, I paid the money, please explain.
One day I got a call and was told that practice starts on Monday. Wow! I was surprised. They gave me the number of the foreman and I went to work at the Minsk-Mir construction site. Of course, it takes a long time to describe everything, but I can say one thing. With a team of plumbing installers, we probably went through, if not all, then many stages of the construction of an apartment building: installation and connection of sewer pipes, welding of polypropylene pipes of cold and hot water risers on all floors, assembly of supply and return combs for heating radiators, installation and assembly of radiators, rolling out metal pipes and crimping, stamping sleeves, sealing of meters, insulation of pipes, installation of bathrooms and plumbing, assistance in assembling heating units, work with ventilation installation work, etc. In short, there is a lot of all sorts of cool work and experience. By the way, organizations usually meet such interns halfway and pay for their work.
What is the result. I did not regret that I turned to this education center "To the Dream", everything was explained to me and conducted through all stages of my practice, you can say "by the hand" as a child, I received a lot of work experience and, of course, a Certificate (Certificate) State-issued with all seals, watermarks and registration number. WHOOOOOOOOOO!!!!))))
