A large hotel in the center of Kostanay. The lobby of the hotel is original, it looks like a square surrounded by houses with balconies. The corridors are decorated with paintings. The junior suite is spacious, with a large bed. The furniture is in a traditional style, but the wood looks massive and expensive. There are all the little things in the room, and a bathrobe too. I did not use it, but you can visit the sauna and swimming pool until 22. Breakfast is meager by choice, but porridge and pancakes are delicious!

The location in the center is very convenient, but right across the street there is a construction site of a high-rise apartment building. There is no sound insulation - in the evening you can hear everything - how the reception receives calls, how people have fun, it is difficult to fall asleep.
Water - you need to try to adjust the normal temperature, it is very hot.
There are cosmetics (shampoo, gel, etc.), bathrobes, slippers. However, the flimsy slippers tear after 10 minutes.
The room service is very tasty! The prices are average. The food in the restaurant is also delicious. Breakfasts are generally normal, but the choice is small.

We stayed at the hotel for a day. Words cannot convey what washed, gray towels and bathrobes were put up for a lot of money at the hotel. The toilet is dirty, covered in stains. My question was answered that it does not wash off (I advised them to use citric acid with warm water. It feels like there is no good host in the hotel. And the music from the restaurant up to the 3rd floor is something! There are advantages: the building itself is beautiful and cozy. The breakfast is varied and delicious.
