A large hotel in the center of Kostanay. The lobby of the hotel is original, it looks like a square surrounded by houses with balconies. The corridors are decorated with paintings. The junior suite is spacious, with a large bed. The furniture is in a traditional style, but the wood looks massive and expensive. There are all the little things in the room, and a bathrobe too. I did not use it, but you can visit the sauna and swimming pool until 22. Breakfast is meager by choice, but porridge and pancakes are delicious!

There are cosmetics (shampoo, gel, etc.), bathrobes, slippers. However, the flimsy slippers tear after 10 minutes.

A nice hotel with lovely rooms. A comfortable environment. Two bars. Breakfast is included in the price. I'll tell you more about the rooms. The shower was running with the faucet open. The water went away for a very long time. The breakfasts are quite rich, but almost no different. In three days, the variety will end. However, it is generally delicious. As a result, it's worth your money, at least based on the location.

I turned on the air conditioner for the day to warm up the room. 1 day the maids turned it off. There is a construction site nearby. A room with windows on the construction site. I asked to change it- they refused, referring to the fullness of the hotel. Although judging by the very small number of people at breakfast, the hotel is not even 50% full. For the first time in the business of smiling maids. But the whole impression was smeared by breakfast. Very sparse, the pastries are not tasty. I was there for 4 days - porridge is the same all the days - 5 cereals filled with boiling water. No salt or sugar added. You can add all this yourself, but the sugar is only refined, and while it dissolves, the porridge cools down very much. Melon and watermelon are made from fruits. It's the second half of October, the fruits are not quite seasonal. Melon is absolutely tasteless. The watermelon is overripe, and even slightly sour. There are no dried fruits and Nuts usual for our country. More precisely, they were there for one day, but in such a meager amount, and no one was going to add them. Definitely would have returned if it wasn't for breakfast. And so I'll think about whether it's worth it.

The floors creak so that it is not possible to understand whether you are sleeping or listening to the "music" of the creaking floor. The doors do not close in the shower cabin. Take a shower and don't get scalded, you have to try hard. The water supply does not depend on the time of day. The toilet is shaking. Breakfast!!! Below the baseboard level! Everything is icy! Porridge under a layer of butter and a lot of sugar. Dried boiled rice and completely icy sausages in tomato sauce. Dried bread, pancakes with frost. If you are a PP follower or a diabetic, then you will stay hungry. Boiled eggs from the fridge, the omelet was warm.And if you go for black tea, then you need to ask and the waiter will bring a couple of bags. There are pastries, but I will not comment, I was not inspired. Nuts and dried fruits are delicious. The cheapest, cheapest yogurt! The hotel claims three stars and instant coffee!!! Super! Food from restaurants for a good four. The salad was very tasty! But the chicken in cream sauce is pumped up! Disappointed! I do not recommend it!

We stayed in this hotel for a week in July 2023, there were so many comments that there was absolutely no pleasure left from the stay. My husband and I got a room with a view of the active construction of the LCD, Windows to Windows. At 8 a.m., piles began to be hammered, anyone who heard this thunderous sound knows that no double-glazed windows can hold it back. In general, it was interesting to observe in detail the course of construction, the pouring of the monolith, and listen to communication at the construction site. Of course, no one warned about this curious feature when booking. Periodically, the entire floor was filled with an acrid chemical smell, there was nothing to breathe in the corridor. The administrator just shrugged her shoulders: there is a construction site nearby, it is worth understanding and forgiving.
Separately, it is worth noting that only one girl from the entire staff was trained in the amazing skill of apologizing to guests for their shoals, for the rest it apparently turned out to be not according to the level of service or education.
Our friend was put in a room on the other side, she was unlucky otherwise: her room had a single window facing the lobby of the hotel (that is, technically, there is no normal window at all). In her room, you could hear the wild Kazakh weddings going on all night long. Guess the administration's answer? That's right, it's worth understanding and forgiving. In addition, there was a bonus in the form of periodically rusty tap water and the cherry on the cake: at the hotel we were offered to use the veranda, which is accessed through the hall. The fact that it turned out that this is the veranda of the restaurant, and you can't sit there without ordering in the restaurant is half the case. When we did sit down to drink tea and smoke a hookah on the veranda, upon presentation of the bill, we were surprised to learn that in addition to the 15% markup, which nothing was said, 500 tenge per guest must be paid for entrance (!) to the veranda at the hotel!
I will not describe the reaction of the administration, the restaurant administrator (habitually without apologies) said that the money for admission would be refunded.
Actually, the hotel is not that bad. The interior is generally normal, the rooms are spacious, the breakfast is ordinary (although there is only instant coffee on it ...), a good spa complex (sauna, hammam and swimming pool), but customer orientation simply goes into the negative. There is a clear and precise thought in relation to you: if you don't like it, others will come. Well, actually, we won't come anymore.

So, the location of the hotel is excellent, it is located in the center of Kostanay, near the Central Department Store, the Mart shopping center. We got to Kostanay Plaza by taxi for 650 tenge, it takes 15 minutes to drive.
The interior of the hotel is very beautiful, a luxurious lobby, most of all I liked the chandelier and its framing).
We took a Suite because a child was supposed to go with us. The room is huge 78 meters, a huge room, a second slightly smaller one and a large bathroom with toilet.
If you wish, you can dance, there is more than enough space)
We had several windows, some of them looked out onto the construction site, some into the hall, as you could already understand with a beautiful chandelier, this is a rather curious design solution.
I really liked the Spa, I took Thai oil massage, they do it professionally. After the massage, tea and jam are given) You can also go to the pool (although according to my feelings it was cold and deep enough), hammam and sauna. Also, if you stay in a hotel, they give a discount on massage, I had a 20% discount, it's very nice. The spa is right 5 points out of 5.
We ordered food in the room, it was not possible to get through the first time and we got through to the kitchen, and not to the restaurant itself. Here - I was a little shocked. A woman picked up the phone, said that the waiter was busy right now and hung up. Where I work, they could have fired me for that.
We must pay tribute that after 5 minutes the waiter called back and we made an order. The food is delicious, the portions are huge, the price tag is probably above average, but not cosmic.
There are a couple of nuances, as I said, the windows overlook the hall, and in the next room there is a restaurant and a huge banquet hall that is open until one o'clock in the morning, so it was until one o'clock in the morning that we periodically listened to music coming from the next room, sometimes quite loudly.
The second nuance is related to billiards, which we originally wanted to play. But as it turned out, he is in the VIP lounge, which was rented. It is not clear why it was done in this way, there is enough space so that billiards is not tied to the VIP room.
Breakfast is a buffet, there is porridge, scrambled eggs, omelette, cottage cheese, pancakes, fruits, vegetables. In general, there is a choice, you will not stay hungry. Coffee from a bag, not custard.
In general, we liked it, not counting the nuances that I have already voiced)

We had to rent a room in this hotel for 2 days and regretted it very much. The stay was extremely unpleasant. The territory of the "Lounge Bar", which is located right under the rooms, was given over for some kind of celebration with all the accompanying noise and din! When renting a hotel room, we planned first of all to relax and not listen and contemplate the festivities of the party! A call to the reception desk will not give any reaction. There is no question of rest in principle, we continue to listen to the disco mixed with the children's yell!
A hotel with a claim to a certain status does not want to maintain its rooms at the appropriate level at all. The tiles in the bathroom are broken, the seams are crumbling, the plumbing is rusty! And the apogee is the pool in the shower cabin, due to the non-flowing drain.
The windows to the courtyard are of course a wonderful design move, but the ventilation is not thought out at all, the rooms are stuffy! With all this, there is no way to turn on the air conditioner! It's just the level of the collective farm.
The furniture in the rooms is shabby, not critical, but still! A broken headboard and a mattress with bulging springs do not match the room rate.
Bottom line: I do not recommend this hotel because at any moment they can give their halls for any entertainment event and then you can not even dream of silence. It's one thing to hold events for vacationers and quite another to rent a restaurant located right on the territory, for companies that don't care about the rest of the guests! For those who expect to have a rest, drive past - this is not about this place!
