The company is disgusting, the payment is asked to be made in cash, your manager will put pressure on you in the office, who will ask with tears in her eyes to pay them for the tour in cash, or otherwise, according to her, her company will collect a fine from her (Lisa's manager) in the amount of 35,000 thousand tenge, explaining it all by paying with a card at they are charged a large percentage, and the payment of taxes. Tour 6 nights in the results obtained as 5 nights , the plane leaves from 30 to 31 October, ie October 31, you will have to fly home and you will count this as 6 night spent in hotels , although you will be evicted from the hotel 30 October at 21;00 PM and it will count and you will pay for late check-out 🤣. Well, that's not all!!! we paid for an individual transfer, the today travel company sent a voucher in which it is written that we have a group transfer, to which we indicated to our manager Lisa, to which she replied do not worry, everything is as it should be in the end, we were taken to the hotel by a huge bus with strangers , stopping by and delivering tourists , such a spoiled vacation for our money we haven't been here yet!

How quickly time flies!
We visited Dubai a month ago.
The choice was obvious, because there are few open destinations to warm countries.
This time I was a "harmful and picky" client, due to a limited budget and other factors that are exciting for travel!
I settled on the agency "Today travel", after talking with several. And it's not by chance...
it's not in vain that I clarified my "harmfulness" because I asked a flurry of questions and clarifications.
And here it should be noted the professionalism and patience of Akmaral, who led our journey!
I think it's no secret that the service sector in the Republic of Kazakhstan (to put it mildly) is not ideal! And I admit that after the quarantine, the situation worsened (((

We were met and delivered to the hotel very quickly without any problems.
Guide.... as always.... Pathos, high prices, I'm hard to find, easy to lose and impossible to forget, inability to communicate with customers.... a waste of time in general.... But this is not the fault of the travel agency!
The rest is just TOP! Perfect temperature and humidity, refreshing, moderately warm sea, and the whole range of entertainment from this incredible city.
