In turn, I just silently took the change and drink and left. this situation is very unpleasant, and it was very unprofessional of this woman to treat the client like that. if the client is younger, then you do not need to address him personally without his consent, this is a banal respect. I always used to go to this store, I won't do it anymore.
also, very often there is only one cashier working during rush hour, and the rest are barely walking somewhere.
