I recently tried a poke with chicken, tomatoes, corn and egg, and I was very satisfied! The dish turned out to be bright and rich. I really liked the cuisine of this restaurant, I used to order food from there with pleasure.
But, unfortunately, the quality of delivery and service has deteriorated significantly.
For example, they may ignore comments asking you to remove ingredients. And if it is necessary to make a refund due to a restaurant error, then there are some restrictions and difficulties with this.;
Also, if you can't park your car near the entrance, be prepared to go down and walk to the courier yourself to pick up your order. Since it is impossible for the courier to park a little further away, in an authorized place, and carry the order on his feet to the door on his own.
The attitude towards customers was very disappointing. The delivery service does not try to solve the problems that arise and behaves as if the customer himself is to blame for this kind of difficulties.
It is a pity that the level of service has deteriorated so much.
Two stars only because of the delicious cuisine.

I made an order, it showed me that the waiting time was an hour, it suited me and I ordered. After 50!! They called me for about five minutes and said that the order time had been extended and would be another hour from this call. They didn't offer me any solutions to this problem, just to wait twice as long. In total, after an hour of waiting, I was left without food, I will have to order somewhere else and still wait. There would have been no problem if it had immediately shown me that the waiting time was two hours! Fix your website so that the correct order time is displayed, it's just a no-brainer.

I really love TokiNY food, but every time I order, there are some problems. The sauce was not added, additional ingredients were not added, but the last situation changed the opinion of the restaurant in general:
An order was made to the office for several people, there were two salads in the order - one with shrimp, one with chicken, but two salads with chicken arrived. A colleague who ordered a salad with shrimp does not eat chicken, when contacting the restaurant they said they would be contacted in the near future, and the next day they gave an answer: Appeals are considered for 3-5 days. She asked me to contact you as soon as possible. What should I do with the salad for 3-5 days?
I am very disappointed and I am not sure that I will go to this restaurant again, I am very sorry.
