I recently tried a poke with chicken, tomatoes, corn and egg, and I was very satisfied! The dish turned out to be bright and rich. The chicken was tender and juicy, and the fresh tomatoes and sweet corn complemented the taste perfectly. The egg added creaminess and light satiety. As a drink, I ordered mors with thyme of their own preparation, it was refreshing and fragrant, it was perfect for a drink. I really liked the cuisine of this restaurant, I used to order food from there with pleasure.
But, unfortunately, the quality of delivery and service has deteriorated significantly.
For example, they may ignore comments asking you to remove ingredients. And if it is necessary to make a refund due to a restaurant error, then there are some restrictions and difficulties with this.;
Also, if you can't park your car near the entrance, be prepared to go down and walk to the courier yourself to pick up your order. Since it is impossible for the courier to park a little further away, in an authorized place, and carry the order on his feet to the door on his own.
The attitude towards customers was very disappointing. The delivery service does not try to solve the problems that arise and behaves as if the customer himself is to blame for this kind of difficulties.
It is a pity that the level of service has deteriorated so much.
Two stars only because of the delicious cuisine.

I really love TokiNY food, but every time I order, there are some problems. The sauce was not added, additional ingredients were not added, but the last situation changed the opinion of the restaurant in general:
An order was made to the office for several people, there were two salads in the order - one with shrimp, one with chicken, but two salads with chicken arrived. A colleague who ordered a salad with shrimp does not eat chicken, when contacting the restaurant they said they would be contacted in the near future, and the next day they gave an answer: Appeals are considered for 3-5 days. She asked me to contact you as soon as possible. What should I do with the salad for 3-5 days?
I am very disappointed and I am not sure that I will go to this restaurant again, I am very sorry.

It is difficult to objectively assess the quality of cold food. The set went to the trash for 35 rubles. I do not recommend it!!!

Very cool sushi. We ordered delivery, they were delivered promptly, on time, still warm (those that should have been warm). Delicious, fresh, they save it on ingredients. It is better to take a normal set in a Token and pay normal money than to be smothered with promotional items at some discount.

We ordered delivery, noodles and sushi.
We were surprised by very small portions of noodles. Putting it on the scales, we made sure that at least 10% of the portion is missing!
And in padtai , the beef turned out to have an unpleasant smell 😠

It's a nice place, I won't say that it's very neat, the design of the room can be confusing. It's good to just sit and eat, but definitely not for dates and other important meetings. The food is very tasty, for me personally, this place is among the top optimal rolls in terms of price, taste and service capabilities: there is delivery with coverage throughout the city, they cook quickly, as well as the opportunity to order 4 rolls, it's sooo convenient to try something and not get too upset if you don't like it, or just enjoy different flavors so that they don't have time to get bored.
A great place to have a delicious meal, I recommend it!

The place is clean, the air conditioner was turned on at our request, the order was accepted promptly.
But the food and the serving were very upsetting.
The picture on the menu and in reality are different dishes.
They ordered hot rolls, they brought them warmed up and smeared on a box.
No matter how shameful it is to humiliate your own work, you need to feel proud of your work. You have already received so many negative reviews! Such a disgrace!

We ordered food delivery for the holiday, rented an entertainment space from 20-23, at 20:16 we placed an order through the Tokiny app, almost immediately called back on the order, duplicated the order completely, everything is super. We clarified by phone that the order will be ready in an hour, fine, we are waiting, nothing portends trouble. At 20:56 we received a message that the order is ready and expect delivery, 10-15 minutes from the pick-up point to us. Next message: your order will be delivered at 21:33, but in fact it was delivered at 22:26. What is it called?!
They did not warn about such a delay, 0 reactions from the institution, there are no appliances, although they ordered 3 pieces of forks and chopsticks. Guys, take a closer look at the orders, many customers are counting on you, and they want adequate service and punctuality on your part, the most unpleasant situation. Don't set foot here anymore
1 star for the fact that the courier apologized for being late when issuing the order, at least the person does not care
P.S. They extended the entertainment space for 1 hour, because in 20-30 we would not have had time to eat and pack our things

We are hungry, we are calling for the third time to solve the problem, as usual we were told that we would pass the information to the administrator, we will check and contact you (apparently we did not control it before). As a result, no one contacted, the money was paid, but a person remained without food, and another person got meat dishes without meat. Apparently, the company is not aimed at the client, they don't care!
