Amazing consultants. We communicated through insta in general politely and everything is clear. But when ordering a bouquet in 2 days, they just forgot about the order. Despite the fact that day after day, 30 minutes before arrival, I warned them again that I was already on my way.
The quality of the colors is terrible. The petals are falling off, and all the flowers are crumpled. These are exactly the same as in the photos from other recent reviews.
My husband was picking me up, so I saw it late, there was no time to go anywhere before the event and change something.

If you want to get a high-quality bouquet that will delight you with its beauty for a long time, then contacting this organization is not at the address)) The flowers were ordered to me in honor of the anniversary on 11.04, a bouquet of 7 branches of bush roses, on the day of delivery the flowers were in normal condition, I sorted the bouquet, put the flowers in a vase. The next day, when I was changing the water and pruning the flowers, I noticed that half of the branches were already in a very "tired" state. One more day, that is, later!3! days after the bouquet was delivered, only ONE branch remained fresh! When contacting the manager, the same situation occurred as with other applicants.: "the delivery was on Thursday, the flowers were fresh, the care recommendations were not followed"
We will not order any more here and we do not advise you if you do not want to throw money away and enjoy the flowers for 1 day
