There was a situation that I became very ill and after the illness, for health reasons, I could not practice for about another month. In this situation, a higher level of customer orientation is expected from a studio of this format. It was possible to get into the situation somehow. And so it turns out that the subscription in which I used 3-4 classes is burning out:( As a result, the Client's problem has not been solved, and not the most pleasant impression remains. I will not recommend this place to anyone, because no one is immune from such cases as happened to me.

+ polite receptionist + lockers with a lock, shower (towels for an additional fee) + quite a stylish interior + convenient location + subscription without reference to dates/ times + water cooler if necessary - a small hall, there were 10 people at the evening class (a full group) and the hall barely fits all - there is no air conditioner (relevant in summer), there is a fan that blows at one point, plus the window opens - there was a moment when someone was smoking outside and the smoke was drawn into the hall naturally - the coach does not particularly monitor the performance of the exercise; perhaps the reason is that the coach herself does a lot of exercises and does not have time for control, although, in my opinion, the coach has a different role nevertheless - to show the exercise and further monitor the correctness of the execution - the coach does not focus at all on what should pull, what should not (which muscles), and this is important, because if the exercise is performed incorrectly, it can pull the wrong muscle and so it can be harmful - the hygiene policy of the inventory is not clear, we immediately went in after the previous group and the mats that were already lying were definitely not at least cleaned by a sanitizer (in no matter how many studios I was in, I see this for the first time - everywhere because they are processed), that is, it turns out that someone worked out, sweated, of course, and another came in his place the man has already, there was no at least minimal disinfection Maybe I was so unlucky, of course, and somehow everything didn't match that day, but summarizing my visit, you can turn on a YouTube video with a workout at home, the essence will be the same and for free. They usually go to the studio because of the presence of a coach, but there was zero participation from a specialist. And the cost of a subscription in the studio is higher than many competitors, but there are questions about the quality of the services provided.
