A hub bearing was installed. The box with the bearing contained installation instructions and gaskets. The master pressed breaking the technology, thereby reducing the life of the bearing, without lining the outer ring. Although it was depicted in black and white in the instructions, and that's how he did it, you can't do it!!! I also did not install gaskets!!! As he said, he did not understand where to put them. Question to the management: because of such an installation, the resource of the window sill has decreased significantly, do you have people working from the street and what should car owners do who believe that professional craftsmen work? Now we understand why owners should not be in the service area-so that they would not see how their cars are not professionally serviced. I really regretted that I stopped by!!! I understand that a good quality spare part does not have its own resource, laid down by the manufacturer, and will have to be changed soon. There are simply no cultural words!!!

I really wanted to share my opinion on this institution with you.... The management has changed, but the method of work has not.... in my opinion, it got even worse. No responsibility and no customer orientation. Prices are taken off the top of their heads, the deadlines do not correspond to those previously agreed upon, and everything is sooooo slow and not turning like their administrator! I don't recommend it to anyone .....

They offered to drive up in a tow truck at my expense, but they will be able to see it in 2 days. Thank you. Their repair cost 200 rubles, excluding components. After replacing the timing belt, rollers, pumps, a day later, my timing belt broke (they said the roller was jammed with poor quality). Under warranty, the repair lasted 3 weeks. Valves were changed, etc. I had not traveled 2000 km when oil flowed from under the engine block cover through the sealant. When I applied to eliminate the warranty malfunction, they replied that the owner of IP Vasyuk V.G. had quit, and the new owner was not going to eliminate the jambs of the old owner of the service station. The locksmith Klimenkov A.I., who repaired, also refused to repair for free under warranty, said that last time he repaired his jambs for free. Who cares about time, nerves, money, think before contacting the Traffic Jam service station on Uborevich 111. Well, remember the mentioned surnames too, so as not to repeat my mistakes. The prices do not match. They cheat with refueling the air conditioner. They pump out 500 grams of your freon, pump 700 and ask you to pay 10 rubles per 100 grams for 700 grams. Your 500 g does not take into account the amount of liquid (freon) that you have in the air conditioner. Don't go to the checkout until you figure it out. Refuse to pay more than they ask for. In this case, the payment is no more than 20 rubles. They exert psychological pressure on the service's customers if you start asking questions.

I've read a lot of comments about this one hundred. Believe only positive reviews! People are inadequate (at the expense of price), even more than that. Today I changed the "dragonfly", instead of the 70 rubles voiced on Viber, I paid 40 rubles (only the right side was changed, although both levers could be replaced). I am a sole proprietor myself and always advise my clients how to save money or make it easier and more convenient. It's nice that there are people like that!

I'm not new to this business myself, so the conversation was very entertaining. I came to change the thermostat, pointed out the shortcomings, changed it quickly and without problems (I couldn't change it myself due to the lack of keys). However, that wasn't the problem. But the guys fought to the last. Respect. Since there are no purists there, they did not give an official conclusion, but they put them on the right path. I will change the cylinder head gasket. By the way, the thermostat was replaced for 30 rubles, and then, at my request, they spent many times more time to find the reason. In general, I was satisfied

I dealt with vibration problems on the steering wheel when braking and when driving. We looked and said that it was possible to balance the wheels, well, and the hub bearings on two wheels should be replaced. Replaced. And the vibration during braking and driving has not disappeared anywhere. According to the brake discs and pads, they initially said that everything looked OK. It feels like something is wrong with the discs. They are smooth to the touch of your finger on the front discs, and both rear brake discs are scratched and with small pits. They are even to the eye, but uneven to the touch of the finger. It is a pity that they cannot identify and eliminate the cause. An addition to the recall after a while: at another service station, the cause was determined and the problems were fixed. Vibration during braking and driving disappeared.
