The current director is G, just looking at himself. A careerist. He's aiming higher. He feeds the executive committee and waits only for his promotion. He doesn't count people. The former director did everything for his employees, raised wages and paid bonuses. The current director, G, infringes on his employees who earn his salary and does not appreciate them. It cuts wages and reduces bonuses.
