I came for coloring, originally an airtach. We agreed on everything in Yandex. Direct, I took off a photo of my hair. The master made a strand test, and for this I put a star, at least something. The master herself was pleasant to talk to, a very nice madam, so I will not specify who exactly it was. There is only one problem, do the masters not know the basic coloristics? Orange is neutralized by blue, God be with him. She warned me, they had already decided to make beige, I agreed to a warmer option ... but warm brown. The studio perfectly painted that I chose the color myself. Although THE COLOR WAS NOT THE SAME on the palette, beige was discussed once again / yes, beige. And then a miracle happens - drying and they turn me over to the mirror. And... I'm brown, it's funny, when I came to blonde, you're dark - take it as a fact. And I'm sorry, it already sounds like irony, how do you like it? I'm sitting IN SHOCK. I stop laughing. And the master says, well, they say, they have preserved the quality of the hair. Have you preserved the quality of your hair? When do I have to repaint all this stuff now, bring this brown back, spoiling my hair twice as much as if we had already tinted at least this unfortunate overgrown color? I really wish I hadn't paid, but I was in shock. 10 minutes after leaving, she burst into tears. I don't advise anyone to deal with them.

I fell for the active advertising of this place (( as a result , spoiled , completely bleached hair . I'm shocked. I 've been crying for several days now . The feeling that coloring techniques are used , without much understanding of who will do what . At the same time , without even warning about the final result . The money is lost, the hair is ruined , now I can imagine how much more I will spend on restoration. In the end, they offered to resonate, as if this could fix the situation. The money was naturally not returned and did not respond to my message . I don 't recommend this place . Beware - "a cat in a poke" I plan to appeal to the Consumer Protection Society.

I had the only experience with this salon and I still remember it with horror!
Administrators and the master are rude, I won't even write in another way.
When I entered the salon, three pairs of eyes stared at me appraisingly from behind the counter, as it turned out later, there was also a master who was supposed to paint me.
The master herself did not introduce herself, did not recognize my name, I am generally silent about water / tea - it was not even offered.
When she showed me what I wanted to do, they didn't even pay attention to the reference.
This was followed by comments like "horror", "yeah" and of a similar nature.
The test strand was not even sustained in time, they said that my hair would not take anything. Attention! I painted with professional paint and I have high-quality and expensive care)))
The master suggested just toning the root. I was upset, so I agreed to at least this (instead of the complicated coloring I was booked for).
The root was tinted past my main color, the difference was exactly one tone!
I haven't had time to pay yet, as the master ran home!!!!
As I understood it, she just wanted to finish her day and get out of here as soon as possible.
There is also a question about payment: at that time, complex coloring cost 550 rubles with a discount. For tinting! the root is 2cm, I gave 300r!)))
I was so angry that I didn't care anymore!

I visited the salon on Ratomskaya.
Terribly upset. Expensive and substandard.
Disfigured, made dark chestnut instead of light brown, adding 10 years to me. Of course, the client was wrong. Supposedly, it wouldn't have worked out any other way on my hair. But I've had better results, even when I painted myself. Be very careful if you want to make your hair darker here. Master Maya made an unnatural shade of brunette instead of a natural blonde. Tears and disappointment. They offered to make a flush to make it lighter. What I refused because of another aggressive effect on the hair. And it was impossible to make it lighter right away?
I don't know what kind of paint was used, but my head burned like fire.
Also, after coloring, I already saw at home that the paint on the temples, on the forehead, in the ears was not washed off. Just a nightmare. This created even more negativity.
My stupidity was that I didn't look at at least the number of reviews. I fell for the fact that "the largest salon in coloristics in the Republic of Belarus", they sent a bunch of photos.
As a result, it didn't come close to what was expected.

Была недавно впервые. Делала сложное окрашивание
И так, начну с плюсов:
Мастер очень доходчиво обьясняет что можно сделать, что нельзя с волосами.. результат окрашивания мне понравился:)
Но! Найти салон на месте СЛОЖНО вывеска незаметна, а тк я плохо вижу, для меня это особенно плохо. Администрация, ау! Предлагаю сделать вывеску заметнее.
Почему то мастера в одежде с пятнами.. я понимаю, это видимо какая то рабочая одежда, Администрация салона, подумайте над фирменной одеждой.. это ваш имидж.
Так же внутри салона есть СТУПЕНИ. я их не заметила спотыкнулась об них и упала.. нога болит 3 дня(
надо их как то ярче обозначить..
Надеюсь, примут к сведению

Общее впечатление о салоне отрицательное. Сложилось ощущение, что это просто конвейер из мастеров и клиентов. Все выглядит посредственно, начиная с интерьера, заканчивая униформой мастера в затяжках и следах краски. Обслуживание тоже оставляет желать лучшего. К моменту когда я пришла на запись мастер была в процессе окрашивание волос другому клиенту. Потом после паузы с тем клиентом, мне предложили сделать тест прядь, после которой я решила окрашивание не делать. Сошлись просто на стрижке. Далее мне сделали маску для волос и оставили пока мастер пошла завершать работу с другим клиентом. А теперь вопрос, если бы я все таки согласилась на окрашивание, мне бы еще час пришлось просто сидеть и ждать? Увы, но видимо там такое практикуют. Возвращаться в это место я не планирую и никому рекомендовать бы не стала.

Около трёх лет была постоянной клиенткой этого салона. Некоторое время назад пришла на окрашивание и мне отказали в услуге, так как волос был окрашен в другой тон и мастер сказала, что его не смыть. На момент посещения салона цвет волос был светло-русый ( не тёмный!!!) Единственный вариант, который мне был предложен - отрастить полностью свой цвет и прийти на окрашивание через пару лет))) Я прекрасно знаю все нюансы окрашивания в блонд и адекватно понимаю , что с повреждёнными, тёмными волосами уйти в блонд за раз нереально, но у меня не было повреждённых и тёмных волос. В дополнение хочу сказать, что я не просила чистый блонд и пепельные оттенки. Мне необходимо было просто немного осветлить тон.
Пока мастер мне делал тест прядь рядом со мной отказали ещё двум девушкам, получается за 40 минут отказали в услуге троим клиентам!
Как результат я пошла в другой салон и меня осветлили без повреждения волос. Осветлив корни и на маленьком проценте концы. Цвет получился - чистый блонд, на который я даже не рассчитывала)
Если у вас натуральные волосы или хорошо отросший корень, то ,вероятнее всего, вам сделают красивое окрашивание. Мастера знают только одну схему окрашивания и сталкиваясь с малейшим трудностями уже не имеют представления как работать. Хорошие ли это специалисты ???

Очень жаль, что я раньше не почитала отзывы об этом заведении. Повелась на отзывы подруг, которые как оказалось ходили к мастерам, которые давно от туда ушли. И так 11.11.2022 я была записана на выход из черного на короткие волосы, даже не каре. Волос не был забит пигментом, качество волоса крепкое, хорошее. Мастер-Яна.
Встретила меня не администратор, а уборщица
Никакого сервиса, кофе предложили 1 раз. ЗА 9,5 часов, а оговаривалось, что уйдёт 4,5 часа.
Итог: Отвратительный цвет на волосах, на утро стал красный и проплешинами, корни темные
Написала в "салон", пригласили переделать
По приезде прождала 40 мин. чтобы ко мне вообще подошли
Перетонировали в ужасный пшеничный, пришлось требовать тонировать темнее
Отношение ужасное, за спиной шушуканье, косые взгляды.
Чувствовала себя за свои 330р. ужасно. На лице были ожоги от красителя. У бровей и на висках.
Мастер наплевательски отнеслась-постоянно убегала, приходила прокуренная.
Не советую

Спасибо салону за мое преображение! Я в восторге! 8 лет красилась дома в черный оттенок и не верила до конца что возможно быть светлой! Пришла на консультацию, сразу сказали, что в блонд точно нет и сделали тест, показали что возможно в моем случае. Перезаписали на другую дату, долго думая не пожалела что пришла! Делали почти 5 часов, но это того стоит! Цвет волос шикарный, никогда бы не подумала что такое возможно!

Никогда не писала отзывы, но тут просто накипело) Ужасный сервис. Заранее записывалась за неделю, несколько раз меня спросили про время, все обсудили, мне написали — ВАС ЗАПИСАЛИ. Через два дня давай названивать мне на телефон в рабочее время, когда я ответить не могу, с вопросом — а не хотите ли вы в пятницу? Я отвечаю — мы обсуждали уже, что пятница не подходит и меня записали в понедельник. Никто на это мне ничего не ответил. Прихожу в понедельник, а мне говорят — мастеров нет, вы не записаны, тут вот неявка в пятницу.
Какую пятницу, почему пятница, я же ответила, что в пятницу нет, меня же записывали на конкретную дату. В итоге, потраченное время, окрашивание перенеслось в другую студию и на неделю. К ним я больше не приду ни в жизни. Такой сервис и отношение терпеть не хочу.

Удивлена количеством плохих отзывов здесь на контрасте с инстаграмом.
Пришла на окрашивание и стрижку к мастеру Алине. Сделали очень натуральный air touch, все понравилось, кроме цены.
Сняла 1 звезду за отсутствие терминала для безналичной оплаты. Господа, перевод на карту физ.лицу - это несерьезно для салона, который позиционирует себя, как премиум.

Не записывайтесь в этот салон. Отношение к клиентам посредственное, персонал смотрит с высока и ведёт себя также, особенно турок, одни понты и больше ничего!
По окрашиванию скажу, что я принесла фото того результата, который хотела получить и предварительно скинула администратору свои волосы и желаемый результат, в надежде, что мне скажут реальную правду, сколько будет стоить окрашивание и как добиться желаемого результата. Администратор заверила, что мастера у них супер и окрашивание будет такое как я хочу. В результате администратор записала меня к мастеру, которая не знала, что и как делать и созвала целый консилиум вокруг меня. В итоге, все сами приняли решение делать тонирование, без окрашивания. Якобы подходите пока так, потом придёте ещё. Результат тонирования нормальный, но я хотела не этого и всячески говорила об этом всем подряд!
Не рекомендую этот салон. Очень дорого, а обслуживание обставляет желать лучшего.
