Comfortable sofas in the waiting room, a clean bathroom, hangers for outerwear and free shoe covers for visitors to the medical center.

Having visited this center three times this year, today I brought my mother for an ultrasound to Irina Viktorovna Porokhonko and Natalia Sergeevna Kmreeva for an examination. As always, everything was at the highest level. Irina Viktorovna calmed down with her confident and very calm tone of conversation. She got the impression that she treats each patient as her own person. And Natalia Sergeevna showed and told what the problem is and how to solve it with such warmth and kindness that you want to come back to such a person again. I am very grateful and bow low to you for the human attitude towards people, but this is becoming more valuable every day and, unfortunately, less and less common in medicine. But the registrar still needs to learn a lot from experienced specialists, both attentiveness and politeness, and most importantly patience. Working with people is the most difficult job, especially with people who have come for help with a huge number of their problems. For this reason, I'm shooting one star.

I visited the Totalmed medical center today.The local therapist suggested that an ultrasound of the heart can be done in Loshitsa .The center is new , of course , the equipment is also new .I liked the ultrasound doctors on Irina's kidneys and on her heart .The receptionist , Irina , charmed me .All the offices are very friendly , courteous, and courteous .I also made an appointment for a consultation with a cardiologist on January 29. I'll do a cardiogram at the 37th polyclinic, they'll hang up the cholera, then I'll go back to the center with the results of the tests and all the procedures.

Dear management of this center, pay attention to how your staff communicates with customers. I came to ask on 04/15/2024 at 14:30 if they are doing ultrasound of the heart vessels. As a result, a lady with white hair came out and began to claim that I was talking complete nonsense, that no one was doing this and for this you need to go to the hospital. Moreover, it was said in such a tone that once I came to her house and she just had to answer me. With such aggression from this doctor, I will not even go to your center and I will not recommend it to anyone, because doctors hear about vascular ultrasound for the first time, and secondly they do not know the norms of communication with clients

But the appointment with the gynecologist Makovskaya, this is the most terrible thing I've ever encountered. As soon as the client came out, she immediately invited the next one. No treatment was performed, the container near the gynecological chair was filled with dirty tampons with blood and something else. Unsanitary conditions. And this is in the current time of the pandemic. She was aggressive right from the doorstep. No questions were even asked, neither about the cycle, nor about the purpose of the visit, nothing at all. I laid her on a chair and her first phrase, I quote: "Oh, I washed and shaved! " And then she continued to wail.I'm sorry, what is it? Is this an appointment at a paid medical center? In her understanding, I should have come to her not well-groomed? Seriously? When asked to take a smear for cytology, she sent me to Sinevo. All the time in the office was accompanied by some kind of humiliation. After such a visit to the gynecologist, you will want to visit him again soon. That's horrible. If someone has spoiled the mood for Lady Makovskaya or she is offended in life, then do not come off on the clients of the medical center. I hope the management will pay attention to the review and have a conversation with the gynecologist and explain to her what is her responsibility and how to work with people. I don't think the medical center needs to spoil its reputation with just one such employee. The specialist is a very bad redneck and does not understand his specifics of work. There is no relationship to customers. You'll come to the center and definitely pick up something UNSANITARY there and don't care that you need to put on shoe covers at the entrance. The doctor's appointment is terrible. Do not come to this center, this is not the place where you will receive high-quality advice and even more so treatment
