Today, as usual, my children and I visited the store located in the mall of Antalya. We have been to this store many times, and today we faced unimaginable rudeness from a store employee. The children chose gifts for themselves and we went to the checkout, one of the gifts had damaged packaging and was missing part of the set and we asked to replace it with a new one, the employee refused us and said that either we buy all the goods, or he would not sell us anything and refused to sell toys. As a result: the spoiled mood of the children and the lost profit of the store - 5000 TRY. He didn't let me take a picture of the badge, but I managed to take a photo and video of it. The approximate time of visiting the store is 17.30-35.
