We have been traveling with this carrier on the St. Petersburg-Vitebsk route and back for quite a long time, generally not bad, but there are certain shortcomings of the service that we would like to fix - the quality of buses, inflated ticket prices, etc. However, we have not focused on this until today.
An evening trip from Vitebsk to St. Petersburg was booked on 08.01. In the morning, due to their forgetfulness, they did not confirm the reservation, but they left a place for us - this is an undoubted plus. The girl recording the passengers, if I'm not mistaken, Anna, even despite our mistake, kindly pointed us to our seats, for which I thank her very much.
But when we were already settled in, just before departure, a certain woman appeared on the bus, it is not known who she was at all, and very arrogantly and boorishly said that next time we would be denied a trip and in general "these are places for drivers, they usually sleep here, and now because of you they will have to sleep somewhere unknown." Although some man, apparently familiar to them, was placed next to them, in exactly the same place, without any questions or complaints.
The question then is for the carrier, if you realize that you don't have enough seats to accommodate all the passengers, cancel the trip - you'll be right, but don't push the passengers around after you've already accommodated everyone.
You can't earn all the money in the world, even trying to fit numerous people into a double-decker bus.
In general, we will not use the services of this company anymore and we do not recommend others. There are enough carriers on this route that provide excellent service at more affordable and reasonable prices.

A very good company , they always make concessions , if they are late , you can call and ask them to wait, but if they are late, they put a sniff on a taxi, but also put a discount on a trip to St. Petersburg equal to the cost of a taxi ride to the bus,I am very pleased with the management of this company and the staff

For the first time I used the services of this company for a trip to Vitebsk-SP. Outside the Town (40km from Vitebsk), we were stuck for four hours - we were waiting for a replacement bus. As a result, the first sanitary stop was only five hours after the start of the journey, they arrived in St. Petersburg not at 5.30, but only at 10.00, all plans were violated. There was no apology from the company. P.S. After the publication, the company apologized and we came to a peaceful settlement of this situation.
