On March 12, 2014, the master was called, the broken refrigerator was inspected and the problem was announced.
On March 14, I paid a deposit for the parts in the amount of 1000 hryvnia. On that day, the dollar exchange rate in the NBU was 9.47 hryvnia. To pay the deposit for the parts, I changed $ 105.59 at the exchange office. The payment receipt stated that Trans Service LLC undertakes to provide details within 2 to 4 weeks.
Today, April 11, 2014, 4 weeks expire. The manager has just called me and informs me that in order for me to receive my details, I have to pay an additional 150 hryvnia.
Accordingly, the spare part was not ordered, the period of 4 weeks expired and, in addition, I have to pay an additional $ 11.94 at the current NBU exchange rate of 12.56 hryvnia on April 11, 2014.
If I demand back my 1000 UAH, then instead of $ 105 I will receive $ 79 at the current exchange rate.
So I am required to pay $ 11.94 in order not to lose $26.
