The prices on the website mislead people! It was necessary to translate 6 pages into German. The website states 25 rubles per page. Total 150 rubles. Yes, it says that the price is approximate, but how much can the approximate price differ from the actual one?! Well, 50p, well 100p... and on the spot they counted 800p!!!! 5 times more!!! 800 rubles for 6 pages???!!! Where do you get such prices from???!!!

The manager of the translation studio assured me that they would do it day in, day out, I also clarified whether this was a regular tariff-yes. The next day I arrived just in time for the opening, so that they would definitely make it in time, just in case. As a result, the manager informs that the documents will be ready by 18-19 pm the next day, those who will make the transfer will take almost 2 working days! I repeat the words of the manager who answered me, to which I was offered an accelerated rate twice as expensive… Those who know what an apostille is understand that it will be impossible to hand over the document in the evening. Ask them several times what time frame they can make the document in order to keep up with all the other things. Unfortunately, I turned to this organization due to the need to have a notarized translation of an identity document issued in a foreign country, having succumbed to reviews and a 5-star rating. The translation was done very wisely, but instead of making a copy of the document and filing the translation with it, they filed the translation directly onto the original, which spoiled the document. When ordering a translation, no one told me anything, did not explain what and how to do it, and during correspondence they just rudely wrote to me that if I did not need a translation, then I could embroider it and throw it away. So you can judge the communication of the employees of this organization with the client and the client-oriented approach. There are only the most positive reviews and ratings on the organization's website, but it is impossible for a simple client to assess the quality of the organization's work. Therefore, I advise everyone to think very carefully before contacting this organization, when there are a large number of other offices where they are able to communicate with the client, explain possible options and approaches, as well as solve problems. In addition, the company probably cannot or cannot read the 1st paragraph of the provision on the notary, which says about foreign citizens, and not citizens of the Republic of Belarus. Where everything is written in black and white. They do not know that there are other identity documents, which is a birth certificate for children under 16 years old. It's a good thing that I did not apply to this organization for a notarized translation of the reserve officer's certificate, otherwise they would most likely have managed to file the translation directly to the document, since it turned out in this organization, too, is not an identity document. In addition, they refer not to their mistake in work, but to the fact that the notary knows what to do and did everything right. In fact, a copy of the document is taken, a translation is attached to it and the notary certifies the authenticity of the translator's signature. But it turned out to be much easier, without asking how it would be better for the client, to attach the translation directly to the original. All this indicates the low quality of communication, business processes and customer relations in this organization, as well as the inability to solve non-standard situations. In addition, I ask everyone to pay attention that there are 60 reviews on the company's website, and all with 5 stars, and at the same time there is no opportunity for a simple customer to leave a review about the quality himself. And there are a lot of reviews with 5 stars, very similar to fake ones, which somehow do not correlate with real reviews. That is, it turns out that the company always does everything right, and they never make mistakes. But, as they say, only fools or dead people do not make mistakes. Therefore, taking into account the above, think about whether it is worth contacting this organization for a service, so that you do not regret it later and so that they do not try to make a fool of you.
