for the 1st time in my life I went on a trip with this travel agency. We worked with Julia's manager. Use early booking.
She competently told us about the subtleties and nuances of the resorts we liked. We originally wanted to go to Kemer, and that's where we went.
A tour was selected for our cost. Prices are generally NOT low for everything now. Julia picked up a 3-star hotel for us. According to Julia's photo and description, we liked everything. Upon arrival, everything was as described. The three turned out to be better than some fours (we communicated with local tourists), and this allowed us to save money. But the hotel was really simple, but with all the amenities. But we didn't stay at the hotel all the time, we were always missing on some excursions.
We can definitely say that the guys are professionals in their field and know their job. Would I apply here again? Definitely yes. And a couple of vacation photos...

Great agency!
We flew to Turkey for the first time, so we didn't know what was there and how. And we were advised by this travel agency and Alain, as a good specialist. Alyona turned out to be a very nice girl, listened to all our wishes and helped us decide on both the city and the hotel. The most important thing is that she did not just show existing hotels (as many agencies do), but advised, told the pros and cons of hotels, told what you can see in Kemer (chose it), told how it differs from other cities and towns. When buying the tour, we did not buy a pig in a poke, it was a conscious choice, as we were told everything we need to know to decide.
Alyona also helped to buy seats on the plane, told how to behave in different situations (prepared for everything).
We didn't regret a bit about our choice of agency or the choice of tour.

The first time we contacted a travel agency , I chose it based on reviews . In the beginning, everything seemed to be going great , we decided to fly to Egypt . Unfortunately, they had no experience and did not really know anything about this country , the travel agent did not tell much about the hotel , they only knew that the first coastline and that the hotel was 16+ and that everything was included, she said that the guide would tell everything about the arrival on the spot about the hotel. The result was that the guide did not tell anything about the hotel , only about the excursions , we had to figure everything out ourselves . Yes, the hotel was really 16 + of the young there were only 3 couples, the rest 70-80+ and almost all British, the animators asked who recommended this hotel to us, they were shocked what we were doing here. The hotel turned out to be very boring and unjustified for $ 1,700 per person for 8 days , the tour operator turned out to be Fun &Sun , which has a 4.3 rating. And people who have been to Egypt more than once , and those who rested at this hotel, all said together that we were divorced . Of course, I understand that this is a business, but unfortunately it was the first and last time.

What can I say about a travel agency? We started cooperating with them by accident, 8 years ago I urgently needed a tour to Turkey for 5 days, no more, I went to some travel agency, and couldn't find anything there, and Googling it was found next to a travel agency, we came to them and within 10 minutes with Anna we picked up a great tour on 5 days, although Anna warned that for this money you can fly for 7 days, but there was only 5 days of time. We flew great, had a great rest. From that moment, our cooperation with A began, and it all boils down to the fact that I called or wrote, voiced my wishes and an approximate budget, and very quickly you have 10 options from which you choose what you like. And we have been working under this scheme for 8 years. Everything is clear, fast and efficient. Not once in these 8 years has there been a single problematic issue, stumbles or any other nuances. I definitely recommend travel agency A to everyone if you want to organize your vacation without any nuances and unexpected problems. Just call them and enjoy your vacation. Just a month ago we returned again from a wonderful holiday from Alanya, as always everything is clear according to our requirements and in our budget.

Много лет мы путешествовали с одним и тем же оператором и менеджером другого агенства, но, к сожалению, в этом году они закрылись, мы пребывали в растерянности, потому что бывали случаи недобросовестного подбора тура менеджерами агентств. Потому очень благодарны Денису за проявленный индивидуальный подход, позитивный настрой, внимание к деталям. Быстро и четко сориентировал по плюсам и минусам каждого предложения, учел все наши пожелания при подборе отеля, профессионально и клиентоориентированно сработал, и тур был выбран в течение пары дней. В турагенство А я обратилась из-за хороших отзывов. Меня сопровождал в подборке тура Денис.Предложенный отель соответствовал требованиям и сумме ,которую я готова была потратить.Некоторые рекомендации Дениса:1.один чемодан может быть весом 40кг,не верно,с этим нам помогла разобраться коллега Дениса.2.забронировать место можно только платно,этот вопрос решила тоже коллега.3.в Турцию берите $,а не €,в этом году это было не очень удобным решением,возможно раньше так и было.4.приезжать в аэропорт за 3 часа.Для бывалых путешественников это мелочь и возможно у них и не возникает таких вопросов,но не для меня,я мало знаю о правилах и нормах провоза богажа и представьте ,если бы я превысила норму,отдых не покидая страну можно считать испорченным.Ведь норма оказалась 23кг.Со всеми этими моментами я разобралась своевременно и эти моменты не испортили отдых.Но Денису следует внимательнее изучить ,ту область в которой он работает и давать советы которые работают на практике,чтобы клиенту не приходилось перепроверять достоверность информации,а коллегам не приходилось делать доп раб по бранированию места в самолете за него,его же клиентам.Что касается сопровождения после покупки тура,об этом не может быть и речи,словом,я не чувствовала себя под опекой агентства,важный вопрос перед вылетом задать было некому,никто не ответил ни по одному номеру тел/мессенджеру.Никто не перезвонил и не поинтересовался ,как прошёл мой отдых и довольна ли я услугами агентства,я прилетела 7 сентября,сегодня 18е. Я не стала бы писать этот отзыв ,если бы была обратная связь по прилету,я бы сказала это лично указав на + - ,которые я увидела.
Продолжение: Повысила оценку с 2 до 5, так как сотрудники турфирмы очень отзывчивы и преданы решению вопросов клиентов. Их искренние извинения и активное общение после моего отзыва произвели на меня положительное впечатление, заставив меня пересмотреть свое мнение.
