A very negative experience. During the year, they could not apply for an Italian visa, although they promised for 3 months, then they could not apply for a Spanish visa for 2 months.
The manager changed his Viber account, so he had to look for a manager himself through his instagram account (it turned out that the Viber account had been changed, but apparently they didn't consider it necessary to notify him). Overall: I don't even know if it could be worse)
Except that the money was returned almost without problems, and thanks for that.
