We regretted that we chose the travel agency Travel ap. The hotel was chosen independently, then they called different agencies and monitored the prices. Travel ap talked with Egor, he announced the price and immediately offered to arrange a pre-order, they say the price is good so that it does not increase by morning. In the morning of the next day, other tour operators offered a price lower than Egor's on the pre-tour. And then it all started! Endless calls from Egor, a presentation by Trevel ap, a lot of positive feedback arrived on Viber. He convinced me that since others have a lower price, it means that they are not reliable travel agencies and problems may arise. Everything was polite right up to the moment the contract was signed. As soon as any questions arose, I immediately deleted my positive reviews in Viber. And then it got worse and worse. We are very sorry that we contacted the Travel ap agency.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND the Travel up tour operator! We talked with an employee in the person of Egor. They lure you with discounts, put you on some kind of pre-order, so that the price does not change, but in fact their price is more expensive. We planned a vacation in Turkey with departure from Moscow, we chose the hotel on our own, Egor's task was only to choose a flight. We were offered two options, one cheaper and one more expensive, we chose the one that was more expensive, as it was convenient in terms of the road to the airport and in terms of arrival at the hotel. Initially, Egor said that the flight would be from Vnukovo, a few days before departure it turned out that we were flying from Sheremetyevo, despite the fact that we already had a reserved parking space in Vnukovo. As a result, we flew on a cheaper tour flight, although we paid for a more expensive one, it was extremely inconvenient to get to the airport. WE LOST a FULL DAY OF REST at the hotel, which was paid for by us, and there were four adults. We were not provided with any compensation. After arguing on the phone with Egor, we were abruptly told "here is your flight number, look at all the information on the airport's online scoreboard." If you don't want to ruin your vacation, I recommend not contacting Travel up.

We contacted Natalia's manager at Trevel Up about a vacation in Turkey. We were offered to sign a pre-booking agreement without prepayment, we did. We were told to pay during the day or the next morning. The next day, we saw a cheaper tour to the same hotel in another travel agency. They told travel ap about this, and they told us that we had already signed a contract and if we did not pay for the tour, we would have to pay a fine in the amount of the cost of the entire tour, this was the first time we had ever heard of the current. As a result, we flew from Trevel Up. She also promised us a special gift at the hotel, considering that we are newlyweds. In addition, we clearly expressed our desire to get a room with a view and made sure to clarify that a room on the ground floor is not suitable for us. Natalia assured us that the room on the ground floor is economy, but we will have a standard, and definitely NOT on the ground floor.
However, upon arrival at the hotel, we found that we were accommodated in a room on the ground floor, which did not meet our requests and expectations. We asked Natalia to relocate, but she informed us that this is a standard room and she can't change anything.
Besides, there was no promised gift for the newlyweds.
