It's a great coffee shop, we've been there several times and we've always been satisfied! Excellent service, cozy atmosphere and delicious coffee. Delicious. Comfortably. We traditionally go to breakfast every weekend. Viennese waffles are our favorite. Cheesecakes and pancakes. I recommend. The best cafe of all. We were in all the cafes. It's the only best thing.

I was in this cafe at the very beginning of May 2024. It was an ordinary working day in Kazakhstan, but at 10 a.m. all the tables in the cafe were occupied, the waiters were running like cornered horses. I went there just to take coffee with me. You can't just buy coffee, you have to wait for the waiter to take the order. I waited for my cappuccino for 15-20 minutes, which is a very long time for Russia. The next time I go to this cafe, it's only if I don't see another place or coffee stall in the visible space.

Pros: Delicious food, clean cozy room, pleasant lighting. We took Tom-Yam, pasta Carbonara, Caesar salad, Raf coffee
Minuses:
The waiters are just incompetent. The four of them huddled in a bunch, standing three meters away (literally) from our table and tried to pretend that we were not there. I had to get up and approach them (!!!!) during the entire stay. They didn't serve what we ordered and also tried to make us guilty of it. And apparently, as punishment, they brought 500t change for 20 and 10 each) apparently, they were very offended. It's just ridiculous.

Very cozy, atmospheric, probably the city's favorite coffee shop. The menu is varied and peculiar, plus there is always a seasonal menu, you will not be able to eat "meat" here, but you can have a tasty snack with a cup of coffee (teas are not always successful here).

Today we visited this institution. Let's start with the positive:
It is a pleasant visual environment inside.
Regarding maintenance:
1. There is no reception staff at the entrance. You have to stand and catch the waiters passing by indifferently to find out where there are empty seats.
2. You have to catch waiters to place an order or receive and pay the bill. They forget to bring cutlery.
3. The menu was brought falling apart. I didn't take a picture for clarity. The main menu is available only in the Latin version of the Kazakh language, to access the menu in other languages, you need a smartphone to read the code and go to their website. Which is inconvenient. Especially if you don't take your smartphone with you.
4. The kettle was brought with a chip and sharp edges.
5. There were a couple of napkins in the napkin holder, it is unclear how nested one of which was half torn off.
There was no desire to visit this institution again.

The best coffee shop in Aktobe! Amazing coffee, cozy atmosphere, delicious breakfasts and pleasant staff! I come 2-3 times a week to work on a laptop, almost every table has an outlet and free Wi-Fi Internet.

I love this cafe, although sometimes you have to wait there until they bring the menu or the bill) 😉The kitchen is very tasty😋🤩! But over the past 6-8 months, the dishes have almost halved in size.... And the prices on the menu are growing, they don't stay in place.. I think that by raising prices, the number of dishes should not be "lilliputian".
