In April, a Giant talon bicycle was purchased in this store with delivery to Brest. from the very first day it was delivered to me, a squeak of the front duster of the sleeve was noticed (it will wear off and pass, I thought), but it did not pass, over time the front pads began to rustle while driving, where I was forced to contact the service for maintenance. during this time, it is good if you drove 100 km on it. In the Service, in my presence, it was revealed that the chain on the bike had 75% wear. Please tell me, how is this possible on a new bike with a mileage of 100 km?? when they contacted the store, they laughed at me (in the truest sense of the word, they laughed into the phone), they said that I had no evidence that I had turned to "some kind of incomprehensible" service, that I had not bought this bad chain myself and had not put it on the bike. They did not want to make any compromise.

I drove up and started choosing, the weight of the bikes is insignificant, but still differs depending on whether the model is on the disc or on the V-brake and a couple more nuances.
Dmitry worked with me, who first turned the pedals on one modification of the bike, then on another. He also accompanied me outside, steered the saddle a couple of times, in general, I drove three times exactly every time, and also asked to adjust the switches, so the sellers had to work with me normally, honestly (not the case of "took and left"))))
