Minuses:
The hotel is adjacent to the trash can on the side of the building, which is near the entrance to the hotel. Every morning in this building begins with the clink of bottles falling into a garbage truck. Plus, there were several days when her fragrance entered the hotel grounds.
Service, it is stated that linen and towels are changed every 5 days and garbage is taken out every 3 days, actually we got there when these deadlines were not met.
The cafe is tasteless, when we arrived, we wanted to eat, what you can't choose is not there, we were content with defrosted chicken cutlets, of strange origin, for breakfast, unfortunately, the situation is similar.
Sun beds, there are 15 of them per room stock many times exceeding this number+ there are beach visitors who sometimes occupy them, + hotel guests "book" them with towels for the entire time they are in the hotel, i.e. towels lie there at night... no one puts the sunbeds in place - they are scattered chaotically on the beach.
The kitchen is a small one, the refrigerators are full, although the rooms also have mini refrigerators.

I didn't like this place, because the room was dirty, after the plane I had to make the bed and wash the floor myself after the previous tenants. The room itself is very uncomfortable, blue walls - like in a hospital, a half-dead bed, and also confused by the lack of blankets (it was already cold in October), I had to cover myself with blankets that were not the first freshness. The territory is also not well maintained. Prices are high there in the season. The only plus is that the sea is nearby, and that's actually all.

Unfortunately the place.does not match the reviews. We booked a room with a monthly payment and arrived an hour before check-in, no questions asked, we were told to wait until they cleaned up. An hour passes, we arrive and they haven't even started cleaning up. We already went hungry and ate, this is a separate story. (There was a terrible smell in one dining room nearby, so we went to another. There's a queue, which is not bad anymore, we ate). We returned to the hotel an hour later, and the room had just begun to be cleaned, after the previous tenants. With that, our patience ran out and we left for another hotel.
