It is impossible to enter the territory (at least officially). Chickens are walking around the territory and everything is overgrown. There is a lot of garbage lying around. Only rubble remains of the building.

По навигатору дом найти легко. После предыдущего отзыва ничего не поменялось…на 22.06.2023 все те же мусорные контейнеры у входа. Забор обнесен колючей проволокой, вся территория в растительности … бегают кошечки. На воротах табличка с надписью : ЧАСТНАЯ СОБСТВЕННОСТЬ

Возможно, когда-то это и было прекрасное здание, но на июнь 2023 оно выглядит вот так: заросшее, с парой тропинок к колючему забору и с мусорками прямо у входа в здание.

Всё заросло, закрыто забором с колючей проволокой. Какого-то необычного впечатления или опыта от созерцания получить невозможно. Лучше идти дальше на пляж.

Сейчас в этом доме обитают куры с соседнего участка. Все, что осталось от дома это несущие стены. Чтобы попасть внутрь, нужно перелезть через забор.
