On May 14, I signed up for professional hygiene with Aleynikova. The nearest entry was on June 10th. I waited a month. The day before the appointment, the administrator calls me and says that my appointment will be canceled, the doctor does not perform this procedure. After I insisted on my appointment, as I had been waiting for a month, they nevertheless agreed to hold it for me. During the appointment, the doctor behaved irritably. For example, when I asked a question about wisdom teeth and clarified that surgeons did not recommend removing them, they replied, "Well, yes, wait until caries is covered and you will have to remove a tooth nearby too." After the reception, when I asked for a book of complaints and suggestions, the administrators started giggling. Doctor Shovkun, who was standing next to me, said that there was no problem in my situation at all, it was just my subjective perception. This is not a state-funded dentistry. I paid 267 rubles for the usual cleaning. No one apologized to me, saying, "well, the cleaning was done, what else do you need." As a result, for some reason I was to blame for their mistake, having received an irritated and mocking attitude towards myself. A very unpleasant experience.

The cost of services is incredibly expensive, Dr. Shabanovich took the equivalent of $ 10,000 for 6 implants, removed the entire upper row of teeth in one procedure, thereby causing irreparable harm to health, without trying to save, deciding to remove the entire upper row of healthy teeth and inserting 6 implants, without even asking for diseases and blood donation, for such a large-scale operation under local anesthetic. At that time, I had diabetes. In 1 procedure, the doctor removed the entire upper row, all the teeth in 1 time, inserted implants, it's all in 1 procedure, constantly injecting painkillers, which is a huge burden on the cardiovascular system, and in this 1 procedure he filled up the bone and then inserted 6 implants and made a temporary plastic arched prosthesis on the upper jaw. And we paid $10,000 for this, and then we had exactly the same operation on the lower jaw, also for $10,000. After suffering the horror, I realized that I needed to go to another clinic. We only received a printout of the certificate of completed work with a seal. The receipt was not issued! A good dentist tries to preserve even a bad tooth, and even healthy teeth have been removed. At the reception, the doctor did not explain that he would insert a prosthesis with 6 implants that would not be removable with a gum plastic part in the future, the implants were installed by Shabanovich so that now they say in another clinic that it is impossible to get close to the gums without plastic gums.

The receptionists are very polite.
