I'm taking a general wellness massage course with Andrey, and I'm very happy. The specialist worked carefully, but at the same time worked his muscles deeply enough, which is especially pleasant after stressful days. After the first sessions, I felt light in my body, blood circulation improved, and there were fewer clamps.
I liked that the massage therapist took into account my wishes and individual characteristics, did not work “according to a template", but adjusted to the condition of the muscles. The atmosphere at the sessions was comfortable, and after the massage there was a pleasant relaxing effect.
If we talk about the results, there was more cheerfulness, decreased tension in the back and neck, and improved sleep. I think it's useful to take this course at least once every few months.

Andrey is the only specialist in Yerevan who performs therapeutic massage using Shevtsov's technique.
After the first few sessions, I had no pain in my back, lower back and legs (I have a sedentary job). And now I have been going to Andrey for more than six months almost every week, and I can say that I can work longer without back pain, sleep has improved and results in sports activities (in the gym) have improved.
