Был на обследовании с сыном. Очень приятная и спокойная атмосфера, доброжелательный и чуткий персонал. Врач очень подробно все рассказала, ответила на все мои вопросы, очень понравилось, что во время процедуры рассказали ребёнку что и как будет происходить. Рекомендую!

I rarely write reviews… But this time I will not be lazy… Today, on 01.11.2023, I came by appointment at 16-30 to the bicycle ergometer with a subsequent consultation with a cardiologist in the degree of Ph.D. The day before, during the day my phone was torn from calls (5 times!) as it turned out, on the subject of whether I would appear by the designated time. I called back in the evening as soon as I could, well, everything seems to have settled down… In the very center, everything is decorous and noble, the administrator sent to the fourth office to the right, for some reason pointing to the left. After a short 15-minute wait to leave the office of the previous patient, I immediately got interrogated with a predilection for a doctor – a pretty lady with a biker bracelet on her arm… - Where is your direction? Why do you need bicycle ergometry? Do you have a cardiogram? Did you do a halter? Where's the ultrasound? Is your rhythm sinus? Were you in the hospital? Why didn't they do it there? Give me your papers....I said.... all papers… The speed of decision-making by the respected doctor impressed me. Really, why should I tell something about myself? I took a shower, put on fresh underwear, appetite and sleep are normal, chair too. The yes/no communication mode is very rational, saves the doctor's time and mine… And judging by the transience of the reception, THREE minutes were allocated for me this evening…In theory, after the payment, everyone should have been satisfied… - I refuse to carry out the procedure, you take this pill every day and it affects the objectivity of the results obtained, I do not know why you were not warned, you will come again without a pill and drink two pills just in case, because someone with a pressure greater than 140, we also do not accept and you probably do not fit us by weight, I do not know. This is one sentence if that… And my blood pressure is normal, if anything… But the cherry on the cake, it turns out, was at the reception. The administrator, without batting an eye, suggested that I still consult with a cardiologist and without the results of the study. Yes, yes... with the same doctor… They didn't take the money, they lost time, they went out into the street quite sad, they were walking, and they remembered about some book of complaints and suggestions, and then they forgot… Draw your own conclusions, I did…

It felt like the doctor was only trying to pass the time with questions. She was walking away from the problem that we addressed to her. I tried to give parenting advice, criticizing the position of the parents with the child. Sorry for the time and money spent. I do not recommend this specialist.

Что я могу сказать по поводу платного медицинского центра. За свое потраченное на них время и деньги желаешь получить качественную услугу в срок и по расписанию, под которое ты подстраиваешься заранее. Такого в этом центре вы не найдете. Был записан на мед обследование в день услуги оказалось, что обследование проведут, но врача, который проводит расшифровку и пишет заключение, у них на месте нет. Поэтому я должен сам написать им на почту запрос, для получения заключения. На мои вопросы загрузить результаты в приложение aibolit, записать мою почту и самим сделать рассылку, я получил отказ. Поэтому сами думайте, стоит ли оно вашего времени и денег. Приложение "оплати" отсутствует, эпл пэй расплатиться нельзя. По поводу мед обследование вопросов нет, все было ок.

Была в медцентре 2 раза. У психотерапевта Фатеевой. В первый раз пришла вовремя и прождала под дверью 25 минут. При обращении к администратору по этому поводу - предложили ждать. Вместо того, чтобы уточнить чтото у врача - они позвонили следующему пациенту с просьбой прийти позже. Ладно, по-итогу, на прием я все-таки попала. 2й раз. Повторный. Прождала под дверью 40 минут. При обращении к администраторам "нуу там наверное сложный клиент". В этот раз я ушла. Я не знаю кто виноват в такой ситуации. Толи врач, который не следит за временем, толи администраторы, которые не могут уточнить у врача, сколько пациенту ждать и т.д. В любом случае, не думаю, что такой подход приемлем.

The whole consultation consisted, almost verbatim: you don't get enough sleep, so you need to sleep, go to bed at twelve, so go to bed earlier, the schedule does not allow, so change the schedule, this is the job, so change the job. This is the worst doctor and the worst consultation. As soon as such doctors are qualified. Charlotans and you waste time, nerves and money on them.
