Basically, I've never liked writing something bad. but. The situation is egregious. It's about the psychologist at this clinic. It just so happened that I had to face this "specialist". She is from 38 polyclinics. Because we don't have a therapist. I was sent to 3, the therapist is a nice girl. She signed me up for a psychocorrection with a psychologist at 3 polyclinics. When I came to her for the first time, after 3 minutes of conversation, I realized that this was not the specialist I wanted to work with. The woman is a pensioner, rude, rude. Instead of some kind of support, I heard reproaches addressed to me. After the phrase "parents are generally not the people you need to love, do not communicate with them," I dropped out of this world altogether. When I confronted her with the fact that I would not work with you, I would go to my 38th polyclinic to see a doctor. She poured so much dirt on me and on the specialist of the 38th polyclinic that it was shameful and scary to listen to such a thing. Well, that's what got me. I made an appointment with a therapist and forgot the date. I thought it was 12.02, I wanted to mark it for family reasons. When I got through to my office and asked to cancel for today. I was told in a rude tone, "What are you. Can't you write it down?" When I said my last name, I heard an even more rude "what are you? Are you coming to us again???" Please remove this man from his place. After him. Indeed, the condition is worse. Thank God I realized in time and did not work with her. Remove such a "specialist", this is clearly not her place.

If it were possible to put stars with a minus, then I would. There are no good doctors, those who remain are either retired old people or those who were distributed after the institute and are working out their military service. Accordingly, there is no sense from the former that from the latter. The first ones don't want to anymore, and the second ones still can't. There is no medical ultrasound facility of its own, the X-ray room is on the 7th floor (probably so that it would be easier for someone with a broken leg/neck to get there). There are 2 elevators, but they are small and only use a couple. Cosmetic repairs were done, electronic queues were set up, and there were 3 queues for the doctor (those who only need to ask who is on sick leave and coupons) and so it remained. The treatment is terrible, the counseling is even worse - well, what do you want — age!!! In general, I do not recommend it

I want to say a huge thank you to gynecologist Makovskaya. If she hadn't sent me to get tested for hormones, she still wouldn't have known that my thyroid was working at 50%. I'm taking pills now, I hope it helps. And she's a very good specialist, too. Thank you. But. There is always a BUT. I've already written and I'm writing again. The reception desk is disgusting. Employees do not know the answer to many questions. They ask a lot of unnecessary and off-topic questions, but they don't give an answer to your question. And more. She asked me to bring the card to the head surgeon's office. I was told it wasn't working. I explain that I just talked to him and he's waiting for me in the office. No one listened to me. The card was never received. Fortunately, everything is on the computer now. The question is, if they tell you that the doctor is waiting for a card in the office, why do they prove something else to me and then just deceive me that they will bring it, but they don't carry it. I stayed in the office for about half an hour. I had to get on the waiting list for a joint replacement. Who gave you the right to decide for the patient and the doctor who was waiting for the card, and blatantly ignore it??? I kindly ask the heads of the doctor to pay attention to the receptionists.
